Հասարակությանը պիտի վերջապես բացատրվի, որ սա հերթական, պաշտոնի կամ ցուցակի ընտրություն չէ, սա պատմական- քաղաքակրթական ընտրություն է․ Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

 Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ոչ սովորական, ոչ հերթական ընտրություններ

Ինձ և վստահաբար հանրային գործիչներից շատ այլոց հարցրել են` ո՞նց էր Ռ. Քոչարյանի ելույթը, «Հայաստան» դաշինքի միջոցառումը։ Իմ պատասխանը մեկն է՝ լավն էր։

Լավն էր «Ուժեղ Հայաստանի» համագումարը և ծրագրային դրույթները։ Լավն է Թաթոյանի ասելիքը, վստահաբար լավն է «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախագիծը և լավն են լինելու ԲՀԿ-ի առաջիկա համագումարը և ուղերձները։

Լավն է Աժ ընտրություններին չմասնակցող հակաիշխանական այլ ուժերի, պարկեշտ հանրային մեծ խումբ գործիչների ասելիքը։
Բայց որպեսզի այս լավ ասելիքը դառնա հաղթանակ, պետք է անել շատ կարևոր գործ` փոխել մթնոլորտը, ձևավորել մեր իրավիճակին ադեկվատ հանրային մթնոլորտ։ Դա պետք է արվի պարզ, բայց միասնական քայլերով։

Յուրաքանչյուր ընտրողի և ամբողջական հասարակությանը պետք է դնել հստակ հարցադրման առաջ. դու, այս իշխանության հետ միաձայն, Ալիևին ասո՞ւմ ես շնորհակալություն։ Թե՞ ոչ։ Ամեն տուն այս հարցը պետք է մտնի։

Նման մարտավարությամբ մենք կստանանք 20/ 80 համամասնություն, և մայիսին կունենանք արդեն իսկ սկզբունքային ընտրություն կատարած քաղաքացի ու հասարակություն։ Դրանից հետո արդեն մեր ծրագրային մոտեցումները, քննարկումները, առաջարկները կլինեն այդ 80 տոկոսի համար։ Ու մենք հունիսի 7-ին կունենանք ընտրություն կատարած հասարակության (Ալիևին շնորհակալություն ՉԱՍՈՂՆԵՐԻ) քվեարկություն ու կլինի հաղթանակ՝ այս կամ համամասնությամբ, բայց` հաղթանակ։ Բայց այս ընթացքն ունենալու համար համակարգված աշխատանք է պետք, ոչ թե ընդդիմադիր էգոցենտրիզմ։

Հասարակությանը պիտի վերջապես բացատրվի, որ սա հերթական, պաշտոնի կամ ցուցակի ընտրություն չէ: Սա պատմական- քաղաքակրթական ընտրություն է։ Հասկանու՞մ է այսօր. վստահ չեմ։ Եթե մենք սա չանենք, չհասկանանք, որ սա է բեկումնային պահը, ապա մենք առնչվելու ենք ընտրական հայկական անոմիալիա հետ։ Առաջիկա շաբաթներին ընտրողից պետք է քաղաքացի ստանալ։ Եթե սա չարեցինք՝ շատերը չեն հասկանալու, թե ինչու շեֆի, տնօրենի, բարեկամի, քավորի, ձայն բերողի հորդորով կամ սեփական փոքր շահի թելադրանքով չպետք է աշխատեն և քվեարկեն ՔՊ-ի օգտին։
