Ինչո՞ւ են այսօր Հայաստանի հարյուր հազարավոր թոշակառուներ իրենց հույսը կապում «Հայաքվեի» հետ. Հրայր Կամենդատյան

նչո՞ւ են այսօր Հայաստանի հարյուր հազարավոր թոշակառուներ իրենց հույսը կապում «Հայաքվեի» հետ։ Պատասխանը պարզ է և միևնույն ժամանակ՝ հեղափոխական մեր իրականության համար. վստահություն՝ հիմնված ճշգրիտ հաշվարկի վրա։

Տարիներ շարունակ մեզ փորձել են համոզել, թե թոշակների էական բարձրացումն «անկարելի է» կամ «տնտեսությունը կքանդի»։

Սակայն Հրայր Կամենդատյանի և Ավետիք Չալաբյանի մասնագիտական վաստակն ու հետևողական աշխատանքը ջրի երես հանեցին իրականությունը։

Ինչո՞ւ է 50% բարձրացման պահանջը հիմնավորված.

 Տնտեսագիտական աուդիտ. Սա օդից վերցված թիվ չէ։ Սա բյուջեի ծախսային հոդվածների խորը վերլուծության արդյունքն է, որը ցույց է տալիս, թե որտեղ են փոշիանում պետական միջոցները և ինչպես դրանք ուղղել դեպի մարդը։
