Քարոզչական ու բացառապես «ներքին սպառման» զինացուցադրություն. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախօրեին «ուրախավտոբուսային» քարոզչական հերթական այցի ընթացքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հաստատել է, որ զորահանդեսանման մի բան, այնուամենայնիվ, նախատեսում է անցկացնել: Փաշինյանը դա մասնավորապես «փաթեթավորել» է այն կերպ, որ բազմապատկած արտաքին պարտքն իբր ծախսել է բացառապես սպառազինություն ձեռք բերելու վրա: Նա, ի մասնավորի, ասել է. «Մտածում ենք, որ առաջիկայում հրապարակային ցույց տանք, որ մեր քաղաքացիները տեսնեն, թե ինչի մասին է խոսքը: Մենք ժողովրդի առաջ հաշվետվություն ենք ներկայացնելու, դա երևի մայիսին տեղի կունենա, որ ցույց տանք՝ ինչ ենք արել, ինչ ենք ձեռք բերել: Ընդ որում, մենք ցուցադրելու ենք միայն մեր իշխանության օրոք և 2022 թվականից հետո ձեռք բերված սպառազինությունը»:

Դե, դա հասկանալի է: Նկատի ունենք այն, որ միայն «2022-ից հետո ձեռք բերածը» ցուցադրեն: Չէ՞ որ նախորդ տարիներին հայ ժողովրդի համահավաք ջանքերով ձեռք բերած սպառազինության ու ռազմամթերի մի շատ մեծ մասը (տարբեր տվյալներով՝ 3-5 միլիարդ դոլարի) Փաշինյանի վարած «քաղաքականության» ու պատերազմի «ինքնատիպ» կառավարման հետևանքով թողնվեց թշնամուն՝ որպես ռազմավար: Հետո էլ, միևնույնն է, իրենց նպատակը «ապացուցելն» է, թե նախկինում բան չի եղել, իրենք են լիքը բան առել:

Այն, որ Փաշինյանն ընտրություններից առաջ անգամ տեսախցիկների առաջ ջերմեռանդորեն կրծվող եգիպտացորենի կողրի թելիկներն է փորձելու օգտագործել քարոզչության կամ փիարվելու համար, ակնհայտ էր: Բայց նույնիսկ դա չէ բուն հարցը, այլ այն, թե ինչպես է Փաշինյանը ավանսով համարյա ներողություն խնդրում այդ քարոզչական, ակնհայտորեն նախընտրական զորահանդեսի համար: Փաշինյանը հայտարարում է. «Մենք, սակայն, դա անում ենք խաղաղությունն ընդգծելով և խաղաղության համատեքստում. խաղաղություն է, մեր հարևանների հետ լարվածություն չկա, մեր հարևանները, հույս ունենք, որ դա չեն ընկալի որպես ագրեսիվության ցուցադրություն»:

Եթե վերծանենք Փաշինյանի այս խոսքերը ավելի պարզ արտահայտություններով, ապա նա, ըստ էության, Ալիևից ու Էրդողանից թույլտվություն է հայցում՝ զորահանդես անելու և սպառազինություն ցուցադրելու համար: Ոնց որ ասի. «Մի անհանգստացեք ու չնեղանաք, այս սպառազինությունը, այս զենքերը ձեր դեմ չեն ուղղված, ձեզանից պաշտպանվելու համար չեն, ձեզ նեղացնելու համար չեն, ինձ ուղղակի «վիզ» պետք է ընտրվել»:

Պարզ ասած՝ չի էլ թաքցնում, որ նույնիսկ զորահանդեսն է միմիայն նախընտրական դրսևորում: Իսկ թե որքան վիրավորական է այս ամենը երկրի, պետության համար, ավելորդ է նշել...

Այնինչ, կար ժամանակ, երբ զորահանդեսը պետության, պետականության խորհրդանիշ էր, ուժի ցուցադրություն, ամրության ցուցադրություն, գործոն լինելու ցուցադրություն: Երևի տեղին է հիշել հայտնի «անեկդոտանման» երկխոսությունը, երբ մեկը մյուսին հարցնում է. «Ախր, ե՞րբ է լավ լինելու»: «Արդեն եղել է»,-ասում է մյուսը: «Ե՞րբ»: «Երբ կարծում էինք, թե վատ է»...
