Հաղթելու ենք ոչ թե մրցակցությամբ, այլ միասնականությամբ. Սամվել Կարապետյանի թիմի համար սա ռազմավարական հրամայական է. Արթուր Միքայելյան

Սամվել Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ տնային կալանքը երկարաձգելու մասին դատարանի որոշում հերթական անգամ ցույց տվեց, որ Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանույթյունը համակարգված կերպով ոչնչացնում է ՀՀ ժողովրդավարական պետության լեգիտիմությունը։ Այդ մասին ՀԱԿ-ի 5-րդ համագումարի ընթացքում ելույթում հայտարարեց «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամ Արթուր Միքայելյանը։ 

Միքայելյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ այսօր Հայաստանը կանգնած է ներքին եւ արտաքին լրջագույն մարտահրավերների առջև։ «Սպառնալիքների տակ է ոչ միայն Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը, այլ հայի ինքնությունը, վտանգված է մեր պատմությունը, մեր ազգային արժանապատվության եւ ինքնության հենասյուն Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցին
Ամենացավալին այն է, որ սա արվում է ՀՀ ներկայիս իշխանության կողմից հարևան երկրների պահանջով՝ ուրանալով մեր դարավոր պատմությունը, արժեզրկելով մեր ազգային դիմագիծը եւ թուլացնելով մեր պետության հիմքերը»։

Նա ընդգծեց, որ համագումարն ընթանում է այն դահլիճում, որտեղ շուրջ 36  տարի առաջ ՝ 1990 թվականի օգոստոսի 23-ին, տեղի ունեցավ հայոց պատմության մեջ ամենանշանակալի իրադարձություններից մեկը՝ ընդունվեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության հռչակագիրը եւ դրվեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետականության հիմքը։
«Այն ժամանակ հավաքված մարդկանցից որևէ մեկի մտքով չէր անցնի նույնիսկ, որ այսօր կփորձեն ջնջել պատմության այդ էջը, ոչնչացնել մեր պետության ծննդյան վկայականը։ Այս իրավիճակում մենք պարտավոր ենք մեզ հարց տալ, ինչն է այսօր մեզ համար ավելի կարևոր՝ մանդատների քանակը, կուսակցական մրցակցությունը, թե մեր պետականության փրկությունը։ Պատակտված ժողովուրդները չեն կարող ունենալ ուժեղ պետություն», - ասաց Միքայելյանը։

Միքայելյանն ընդգծեց, որ 85 օրից պարզ է դառնալու ոչ թե այն, թե որ ուժը քանի մանդատ կունենա, այլ այն շարունակելու ենք ապրել պառակտված՝ ազգային ինքնությունից հեռացող իրականության մեջ, թե վերակառուցելու ենք մեր հայրենիքը։ «Կոնսոլիդացիայի մասին առաջին նախագահի խոսքերը մենք ընդունում ենք ոչ թե որպես մարտավարական խնդիր, այլ ռազմավարական հրամայական, որպես կոչ ու պատասխանատվություն, որից մենք չենք խուսափում»։    
Նա ընդգծեց, որ հաղթելու են ոչ թե մրցակցությամբ, այլ միասնականությամբ։
