Հանձնարարված է մաքսիմալ տիրաժավորել քարոզչական կեղծ թեզերը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Գործող իշխանությունները մտադիր են մաքսիմալ օգտագործել Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության վերջին հայտարարությունը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Փաշինյանի օրոք ստեղծված ծառայությունը, չնշելով կոնկրետ երկրի անունը, օրերս հայտնել էր, թե իբր հետախուզական տեղեկություններ է ստանում, որ «այլ երկրում տվյալ երկրի հատուկ ծառայությունների անունից հանդես գալով՝ տարբեր դերակատարներ փորձում են ճնշում գործադրել հայազգի և ՀՀ քաղաքացի հանդիսացող ու տվյալ երկրում տնտեսական գործունեությամբ զբաղվող անձանց նկատմամբ՝ վերջիններիս մղելով Հայաստանում սպասվող խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցության հայտ ներկայացրած քաղաքական որոշ ուժերի աջակցելու գործողություններ իրականացնելուն, որոնք ներառում, սակայն չեն սահմանափակվում տվյալ քաղաքական ուժերին նշված գործարարների կողմից ֆինանսական և կազմակերպական բնույթի աջակցության գործողություններով»։

«Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, նախօրեին՝ կառավարության նիստից հետո, Փաշինյանը խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել մի քանի ուժայինների ու, այսպես կոչված, «սորոսական» կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, դժգոհել, որ միայն մեկ կազմակերպություն է դրանից հետո հայտարարություններ տարածում, դատախազություն նամակներ հղում, իսկ քաղհասարակության մյուս ներկայացուցիչներն առանձնապես ակտիվ չեն այդ առումով։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Դանիել Իոաննիսյանն էր «ծավալվել», հայտարարել, թե Ռուսաստանից ավտոբուսներով մարդկանց են ուզում բերել Հայաստան, ընտրակաշառք են առաջարկում։ Նա նաև դիմել էր գլխավոր դատախազություն։

Փաշինյանը մյուս կազմակերպություններին էլ է կոչ արել ակտիվանալ, առաջիկա ամիսներին անխնա շահարկել քարոզչական այդ կեղծ թեզը՝ հանրության մեջ տպավորություն ստեղծելով իբր առկա վտանգների մասին։ Իրավապահ մարմիններին էլ հրահանգվել է առաջիկայում ավելի ակտիվ լինել, քրեական վարույթներ հարուցել, ցուցադրական ձերբակալություններ ու դատաքննություններ կազ մ ա կեր պել տար բեր ան ձ ա ն ց նկատմամբ։

Ի դեպ, պատահական չէ, որ նախօրեին ուշագրավ մի հայտարարություն էլ Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեն էր արել, թե ուժեղացնելու է սահմանով տեղափոխվող կանխիկ դրամական միջոցների նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունը՝ ֆինանսական թափանցիկության ապահովման և հնարավոր իրավախախտումների կանխարգելման նպատակով։ «2026 թվականի հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից իրականացված կանխիկ դրամական միջոցների ներմուծման և արտահանման ավելի քան 450 դեպք է արձանագրվել կամ հայտարարագրվել՝ շուրջ 69 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք գումարի չափով։ Դրանցից շուրջ 59.5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով կանխիկ դրամական միջոցները ներմուծվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն։ Վերլուծությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ կանխիկ դրամական միջոցների զգալի մասը տեղափոխվել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետություններից»,- նշել են ՊԵԿ-ից և հավելել, թե կանխիկ դրամական միջոցների մեծածավալ տեղափոխումը պարունակում է որոշակի ռիսկեր, այդ թվում՝ ստվերային շրջանառության, փողերի լվացման, ապօրինի ֆինանսական հոսքերի կամ այլ իրավախախտումների հնարավորության հետ կապված ռիսկեր։
