Գողություն են արել, գողությո՜ւն...«Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ «Փաստն» իր` «Աղվան Հովսեփյանի միջնորդությամբ «Շանթի» Վարշամ Ղարիբյանը ազատ է արձակվել» վերնագրով լրատվության մեջ նշել էր. «Երեկ ազատ է արձակվել «Շանթի» հանրահայտ Ղարիբյան եղբայրներից Վարշամը (Յուրա): Նրան ոստիկանությունից «դուրս է գրել» իր վաղեմի հովանավոր, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը՝ իր ամենակարող հեռախոսազանգով:

Բանն այն է, որ օրեր առաջ հասարակական կարգը խախտելու, այնուհետև ոստիկանությանը չենթարկվելու համար կալանավորվել էին հայտնի գործարար Վարշամ Ղարիբյանն ու իր թիկնապահները:

Այժմ դեռ կալանավորված են նրա թիկնապահները: Թե իրականում ինչ կռիվ–դեբոշներ են եղել այդ օրը, «Փաստը» մանրամասներ կհրապարակի առաջիկայում»:

«Փաստը» Գ. Շամշյանի կայքից տեղեկացավ, որ «Ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 15–ին, Երևանում իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու փաստով։

Ժամը 13։50–ի սահմաններում Ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Հասրաթյան փողոցի թիվ 12 հասցեում գտնվող շինությունից գողություն է կատարվում։

Դեպքի վայրից Մաշտոցի ոստիկանները փորձել են Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 56–ամյա Վարշամ Ղարիբյանին հրավիրել Ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժին, սակայն Վ. Ղարիբյանը ոչ միայն չի ենթարկվել ոստիկանների օրինական պահանջին, այլև դիմադրություն է ցույց տվել Ոստիկանության ծառայողների նկատմամբ, որին մասնակցել են նաև նրա հետ եղած՝ Աշտարակ քաղաքի բնակիչներ 37–ամյա Ֆենիկ Գևորգյանը, 42–ամյա Ավետիս Գևորգյանը, ովքեր նույնպես ոչ միայն չեն ենթարկվել ոստիկանների օրինական պահանջին, այլև սկսել են քաշքշել ու չենթարկվել քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողներին։

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ նրանք բռնություն են կիրառել քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի օպերլիազորներ Կ. Բ.–ի, Ժ. Հ.–ի նկատմամբ, որից հետո 1 հոգի հարվածել է Կ. Բ.–ի գլխին։

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Վ. Ղարիբյանը «Էկոֆուդ» ՍՊԸ–ի հիմնադիր նախագահն է, իսկ ահազանգը տվել է «Եվրոգեն» ընկերության փոխտնօրեն, 38–ամյա Տիգրան Ղարիբյանը, իսկ Ֆ. և Ա. Գևորգյանները աշխատում են «Էկոֆուդ» ՍՊԸ–ում»:
