Մարտուն Գրիգորյանի որդին ևս հաշիվ պահանջեց Վարդան Ղուկասյանի փեսայից

Անդրադարձել ենք, որ Գյումրու ավագանու նիստն այսօր անցավ լարված մթնոլորտում՝ փոխադարձ մեղադրանքներով, լեզվակռիվներով․ ՔՊ-ականներն անընդմեջ հաշիվ էին պահանջում Վարդան Ղուկասյանի փեսայից՝ Ավետիս Առաքելյանից, հատկապես շների ապաստան կառուցելու թեմայի շուրջ։ Այս նպատակով կառավարությունը 80 միլիոն դրամ է հատկացնում, իսկ Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանը՝ 24, քաղաքապետարանը հինգ անգամ մրցույթ է հայտարարել ու գեթ մեկ շինարարական ընկերություն չի մասնակցել մրցույթի։

Վարդան Ղուկասյանի փեսան այսօր ՔՊ-ականներին հակադարձում էր ճիշտ նրանց ոճով․ նա մեղադրում էր կառավարությանը, որ ողջ հանրապետությունով մեկ վստահություն չունի, այդ պատճառով էլ շինարարները չեն մասնակցում մրցույթի, ՔՊ-ականներն էլ իրենց հերթին էին մեղադրում քաղաքապետարանին՝ վստահություն չունենալու համար։

Ավետիս Առաքելյանը համբերատար լսում էր նրանց քննադատությունները ու բավական սառը տոնով շարունակում իր մեղադրանքները, որն ակնհայտորեն նյարդայնացնում էր ՔՊ-ականներին։

Այսօրվա նիստը սկսվելուն պես՝ Ավետիս Առաքելյանից հաշիվ պահանջեց նաև ԱԺ պատգամավոր Մարտուն Գրիգորյանի որդին՝ «Մեր քաղաքը» խմբակցության անդամ Կարեն Գրիգորյանը։

Նիստի օրակարգի առաջին հարցը դեռ չընթերցած՝ նա ընդհատեց քաղաքապետի պաշտոնակատարին ու բավական խիստ տոնով սկսեց հարցադրումներ քաղաքի անբարեկարգ փողոցների թեմայով։

Նրա հարցադրումների մեջ կար քննադատություն քաղաքապետարանի աշխատանքի հանդեպ, նաև մտահոգություն այն առնչությամբ, որ հանկարծ մի ընկերություն չշահի փողոցաշինության համար հայտարարվող մրցույթները։

Նա իր հարցադրման սկզբում ասաց, որ գյումրեցիների դժգոհության չափն անասելի է, քանի որ փողոցները ո՛չ մեքենայով են անցանելի, ո՛չ ոտքով։

«Ի՞նչն է պատճառը, որ մինչև հիմա չեք իրականացնում փոսալցման աշխատանքները, ունե՞ք կոնկրետ հաշվարկ, թե որքան գումար է հարկավոր այս աշխատանքների համար, հուսանք՝ մեկ ընկերություն չի շահի ամբողջ տենդերը, հասկանալի է, մեկ ընկերության խելքի բանը չէ, և վերջիվերջո ե՞րբ եք սկսելու, ե՞րբ է վերջանալու․ գյումրեցու համբերության բաժակը լցվել է և սպասելն այլևս անհնար է», -ասաց երիտասարդ ավագանու անդամը։

Ավետիս Առաքելյանը, որը օր օրի հմտանում է քաղաքի կառավարման գործընթացում, կարողանում է հմտորեն՝ առանց ավելորդ հույզերի հարցուպատասխանի մեջ մտնել, մանրամասն ներկայացրեց ծրագիրը։ Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ մրցույթ է հայտարարվելու 21 փողոցների վերանորոգման համար։

Ըստ Ավետիս Առաքելյանի, չեն կարողանում փոսանորոգում կատարել, քանի որ եղանակային պայմանները թույլ չեն տալիս, երբ թույլ տվեց, դրանք կշարունակեն։ Ավետիս Առաքելյանը համաձայնեց, որ խայտառակ վիճակում են փողոցները, հատկապես Անի թաղամասինը։

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ 240 միլիոն հատկացված է փոսավերանորոգման աշխատանքների համար, 1 միլիարդ 270 միլիոն դրամը 18 փողոցների սուբվենցիոն ծրագրի արժեքն է, դա քաղաքապետարանի մասնաբաժինն է։ 1 միլիարդ 440 միլիոն դրամ էլ՝ 21 փողոցների կապիտալ վերանորոգման համար։ Գյումրու Շիրակացի փողոցը ևս կա վերանորոգվող փողոցների ցանկում, 1 միլիարդի աշխատանք էլ այնտեղ պիտի կատարեն, մի մեծ հատված վերանորոգելու են։
