Եթե Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի առողջության կամ կյանքի անվտանգության դեմ քայլերը շարունակվեն, ապա ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրելու է Սերժ Սարգսյանը. փաստաբան

Փաստաբան Հայարփի Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր պաշտոնական էջի միջոցով հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում ասված է. «Ակնհայտ է, որ ամեն ինչ կանխամտածված է, Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի դեմ պետության քայլերը հանցագործություն է, 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 30-ին, ժամը՝ 17:00-ի սահմաններում, պաշտպանյալիս ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ տեղափոխելը հանցագործություն է, քանի որ
* ինձ որևէ իրավական կամ բժշկական հիմք ՀՀ ԱՆ «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ-ն չի տրամադրել,
* վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինն ինձ ասաց, որ տեղյակ չէ, թե ուր են տարել իմ պաշտպանյալին,
* ինձ որևէ պատասխանատու մարմին չի տեղեկացրել, թե ուր են տարել պաշտպանյալիս,
* կանխամտածված էր հենց ոչ աշխատանքային օր տեղափոխելը, քանի որ որևէ կառույց այս օրերին՝ 31.12.2016թ.-ից մինչև 09.01.2016թ., չի աշխատում, որպեսզի դիմեմ, բողոքեմ, պարզաբանում պահանջեմ,
* Հովհաննես Հարությունյանին տեղափոխել են առանց իր հարազատների կողմից բերված հանձնուքների, առանց իր հագուստների, առանց իրերի, այդ թվում՝ նաև առանց քրեական գործի թղթերի,
* Հովհաննես Հարությունյանը դժվարությամբ է աստիճաններով բարձրանում և իջնում, քանի որ աջ ոտքի բազմաբեկորային կոտրվածք ունի, գտնվում է ցավերի մեջ,
* ինչպես տեղեկացրել էի, պաշտպանյալս ոչ ադեկվատ վարք էր ունենում, և այս պահին էլ նման վիճակում է,
* իմ բազմաթիվ պահանջներին ի պատասխան, պաշտպանյալիս քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելու և մի շարք բժշկական հետազոտություններ կատարելու փոխարեն տեղափոխել են ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ:
Եզրակացություն. սա նշանակում է, որ ինչ ուզում, այն էլ անում են՝ համոզված լինելով, որ ինչպես միշտ չեն պատժվելու:
Պահանջ. Անհապաղ իմ պաշտպանյալ Հովհաննես Հարությունյանին տեղափոխել քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոց և սկսել վերջապես բուժել աջ ոտքի բազմաբեկորային կոտրվածքը, կատարել արյան անալիզ՝ պարզելու, թե արդյո՞ք նրա ոչ ադեկվատ վարքը պայմանավորված է որևէ հոգեմետ դեղամիջոցով, վերացնել պաշտպանյալիս նկատմամբ իրականացվող խոշտանգումների տեսքով հետապնդումները:
Զգուշացում. Եթե իմ պաշտպանյալի առողջության կամ կյանքի անվտանգության դեմ քայլերը շարունակվեն, ապա ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրելու է ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, քանի որ իր ղեկավարած երկրի որևէ պետական կառույց իր գործառույթները չի իրականացնում, նույնիսկ հակառակը, վնասում է իմ պաշտպանյալի շահերին»:
