Թաթոյանի սկանդալային բացահայտումը

Մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը երեկ սկանդալային հայտարարություն է արել։ Վերլուծելով արբանյակային լուսանկարները և համեմատելով դրանք՝ նշել է, թե ադրբեջանական զորքերը Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքներում ավելի են ամրապնդվել ու տեղ-տեղ էլ առաջ եկել։

Ըստ Թաթոյանի՝ Հայաստանի խորքերում՝ Վարդենիսից մինչև Ջերմուկ ադրբեջանցիների դիրքերը բարելավել են դեռ անցած ամռանը՝ հուլիսից օգոստոս ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, օգոստոսին Վաշինգտոնում հայ-ադրբեջանական խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախաստորագրումից առաջ։ Թաթոյանը նշում է, որ Ադրբեջանը օգտագործել է այդ ժամանակը՝ ակնհայտ իմանալով, որ ստորագրումից հետո չեն կարողանալու նման քայլերի դիմել և բավականին լուրջ առաջ են ընթացել։ Վարդենիսում, օրինակ, նոր դիրք է ավելացել, որը մինչև անցած հուլիս չի եղել, և թաքստոցներ, և տվյալ դիրքից ուղիղ նշանառության տակ են Սոթքի ոսկու հանքը, արոտավայրերն ու Կութ գյուղը։

Ադրբեջանցիները ճանապարհներ են կառուցել, արևային կայաններ տեղադրել և ավելի ամրապնդվել Հայաստանի տարածքում։ Վստահաբար, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները տեղյակ են եղել ադրբեջանցիների այս գործողությունների մասին, բայց ամեն ինչ արել են, որ այդ մասին տեղեկություններ չհայտնվեն և չեն կանխել ադրբեջանցիների առաջխաղացումը։ Ավելին, երեկ նույնիսկ սոցիալական ցանցերում տեղեկություններ հայտնվեցին, որ Եվրամիության դիտորդները, ի պատիվ իրենց, արձանագրել են ադրբեջանցիների առաջխաղացումը, բայց Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների կոշտ միջամտության հետևանքով որևէ հաղորդագրություն այդ մասին չեն տարածել։

Գործող իշխանություններն ընդամենը հերքում են Արման Թաթոյանի հայտարարությունները, պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն է խորհրդարանում Թաթոյանին մեղադրել սուտ խոսելու մեջ, բայց որևէ հստակ պարզաբանում նրա ներկայացրած արբանյակային լուսանկարներին այդպես էլ չի տրվել։ Ի վերջո, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները արդեն առաջին անգամը չէ, որ նման քայլերի են դիմում, բազմիցս հերքում են տարբեր անձանց ներկայացրած փաստերը, սակայն շատ կարճ ժամանակ հետո պարզվում է, որ հենց այդպես էլ եղել է։
