Բազմաթիվ հարցեր արդեն բարձրացվել են, որոնք հստակ պատասխաններ են ակնկալում.

-  ՀՀ Քննչական Կոմիտեի նախագահ Արթուր Պողոսյանն և ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը սույն գործի առնչությամբ կատարել են հրապարակային հայտարարություններ, որոնց վերաբերյալ տվյալներ քրեական վարույթում առկա չեն:

Նրանք պետք է հարցաքննվեն, որպեսզի հասկանանք` այդ տվյալներն ինչպես են ձեռք բերվել, արդյոք եղել են օբյեկտիվ իրականության մեջ: Եվ եթե եղել են, ապա ինչու չեն ներառվել վարույթում:

- Գործի մեջ առկա են բազմաթիվ գաղտնալսումներ, որոնցում մեղադրյալները հորդորում են տարբեր անձանց և խմբերի ՉԿԱՏԱՐԵԼ որևէ հակաօրինական արարք, խաղաղ անհնազանդությամբ հայտնել անհամաձայնություն ներկա իշխանությունների գործունեությանը:

Այսինքն` ԱԱԾ-ն, հետագայում նաև Քննչական Կոմիտեն, արդեն նաև Դատախազությունը փայլուն տեղյակ են, որ Բագրատ Սրբազանն ու իր հետ մեղադրվողները հակաօրինական արարք չեն կատարել կամ պլանավորել, սակայն ստիպված կամ հոժարակամ իրենք` այդ կառույցներում գործողներն  են կատարել ու կատարում օրենքի խախտում` անմեղ մարդկանց դեմ քրեական կեղծ գործ սարքելով:
