«Մենք ձեզնով ենք ապրում». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ առավոտյան Ազգային ժողովը ձայների 86 կողմ ու 6 դեմ հարաբերակցությամբ երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրինագիծը: Ինչպես և դրա նախորդ օրը, այնպես էլ երեկ օրինագծի դեմ տասնյակ ուսանողներ հավաքվել էին ԱԺ–ի դիմաց:

«Հանուն գիտության, տարկետում լինելու է» վանկարկումներով ուսանողները շարունակում էին մնալ օրենսդիր մարմնի շենքի դիմաց, և աստիճանաբար Բաղրամյան պողոտայի երթևեկելի մի մասը լցվել էր ուսանողներով: Ցույցին կողքից հետևող բազմաթիվ ոստիկաններ Վալերի Օսիպյանի գլխավորությամբ ոստիկանական պատ էին կազմել: Որոշ ժամանակ անց ոստիկանների ու ուսանողների միջև բախում սկսվեց՝ ուղեկցվելով հրմշտոցներով՝ Բաղրամյան պողոտայի երթևեկելի հատվածը ազատելու համար: Ի վերջո ուսանողներն ու ոստիկանները ընդհանուր հայտարարի եկան՝ ուսանողներն ավելի մոտեցան ԱԺ–ի շենքի դարպասներին՝ զբաղեցնելով փողոցի երթևեկելի հատվածի միայն մեկ գիծը: ԵՊՀ ռադիոֆիզիկայի ֆակուլտետի ուսանող Գևորգ Բաբայանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ Օսիպյանի հետ քննարկեցին հրմշտոցների հարցն ու, այսպես ասած, «բարիշեցին»: Օսիպյանն ու մի քանի ուսանողներ տարածքը զննեցին և պայմանավորվեցին ուսանողների՝ մոտ կես մետր հետ գնալու դեպքում՝ հանգիստ թողնել նրանց:

«Մենք շարունակելու ենք մեր բողոքի ակցիան: Թեկուզ օրենք խախտելով՝ մենք ամեն ինչ անելու ենք ու սպասելու ինչ–որ փոփոխությունների: Մեր պայքարը չի դադարում: Սպասում ենք, որ մեզ լուրջ կվերաբերվեն»,– նշեց նա՝ հավելելով, որ որոշ ժամանակ անց իրենց կմիանան հացադուլ կազմակերպած տղաները: Մեկ այլ ուսանող էլ ասաց, որ պայքարելու են մինչև հետ կանչվի օրենքը: Վերջինս շեշտեց, որ պատրաստվում է գիտությամբ զբաղվել և դեմ է օրենքի որոշակի դրույթներին. «Օրենքը չպիտի հետուժ ունենա: Այսինքն՝ եթե մարդն ուզում է գնալ մագիստրատուրա կամ ասպիրանտուրա կրթությունը շարունակելու, նրան չպետք է տանեն բանակ, չպիտի իր կրթությունը ընդհատվի»:

Իսկապես որոշ ժամանակ անց մոտեցավ հացադուլի մասնակից Գարիկ Ասատրյանը, ում ուսանողները դիմավորեցին բարձր ծափերով:

«Մենք ձեզնով ենք ապրում, մեր սնունդը դուք եք, ձեր շատ լինելը մեզ համար այնտեղ ուժ է: Շնորհակալություն, որ մեր կողքին եք: Մենք որոշեցինք այստեղ գալ, որպեսզի ձեր կողքին լինենք: Հասկանում ենք, որ մեր այստեղ լինելն ավելի անհրաժեշտ էր: Մենք ձեր մեջ ենք, ձեր շարքերում: Մենք մեզ լավ ենք զգում: Միայն ջուր ու ծխախոտ ենք ունեցել մեզ մոտ, սակայն նախագծի՝ դավադրաբար ընդունումից հետո ցանկացել ենք դրանցից էլ հրաժարվել»,– նշեց Գարիկը: Նա նաև ավելացրեց, որ ԵՊՀ լսարանը, ինչպես շատերն են կարծում, միտումնավոր չի ընտրվել: Իրենք կարող էին ցանկացած կառույցում լինել, ուղղակի այդպես են նպատակահարմար գտել այդ պահին: Տղան նաև ընդգծեց, որ իրենց պայքարը ԵՊՀ–ի դեմ չէ: Նշենք, որ հոդվածը պատրաստելու ժամանակ ԱԺ–ում տեղի էր ունենում ցուցարարների հինգ հոգանոց պատվիրակության հանդիպումը ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովի հետ: Ի դեպ, տղաները ԱԺ մտնելուց առաջ ասացին, որ բուն օրենքի շուրջ բանակցություններ, քննարկում չեն պատրաստվում վարել: Նրանց նպատակն է քննարկել՝ ինչ–որ ձևաչափ գտնելու համար:
