Պանրի արտադրությունը նվազել է, կաթինը՝ աճել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ընթացիկ տարում պանրի արտադրությունը նվազել է: Այս մասին «Փաստը» տեղեկացավ Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայությունից:

ԱՎԾ–ի թվերով՝ 2017 թվականի հունվար–սեպտեմբերին արտադրվել է 15054, 8 տոննա պանիր, ինչը 2016 թ.–ի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ նվազել է 18,4%–ով։ Նախորդ տարի արտադրվել է 18451,7 տոննա:

Նվազել են մածունի և թթվասերի արտադրության ծավալները:

Համաձայն ԱՎԾ–ի՝ 2017 թվականին արտադրվել է 3587, 4 տոննա թթվասեր նախկին 4474,4–ի փոխարեն: Ինը ամիսների ընթացքում մածունի արտադրության ծավալը 4 618,1 տոննայի է հասել: 2016 թվականին այն կազմել է 4624,2 տոննա:

11,1%–ով կրճատվել է նաև կաթնաշոռի արտադրության ծավալը: Նախորդ տարվա 730,3 տոննայի դիմաց այս տարի արտադրվել է 649 տոննա:

Չնայած սրան՝ 100%–ով ավելացել է պաղպաղակի արտադրությունը՝ կազմելով 9579,5 լիտր: 2016 թվականին ծավալը 9009,7 լիտր է եղել:

Կաթի արտադրությունը ևս ավելացել է: 2017 թվականի ինը ամիսներին 396,5 լիտր է կազմել, 2016–ին ՝ 394,3: Ինչպես նաև ավելացել են թանի, կեֆիրի, մայոնեզի արտադրության ծավալները:

Ըստ ԱՎԾ–ի՝ աճել է նաև մսամթերքի, ներառյալ երշիկեղենի արտադրությունը: Հունվար–սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին արտադրվել է 7337,1 տոննա, նախորդ տարի նույն ժամանակահատվածում՝ 4390,2 տոննա:
