Ի՞նչ է Երևանում փնտրելու Մարթա Կոսը

Եվրամիության ընդլայնման հարցերով հանձնակատար Մարթա Կոսը մարտի 19-ից 20-ը ժամանելու է Հայաստան և Ադրբեջան՝ քննարկումներ ունենալու։ Թեև Հայաստանում Եվրամիության պատվիրակության գրասենյակից հայտնում են, որ քննարկվելու են Հայաստան–Եվրամիություն գագաթնաժողովի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի կատարման օրակարգը, սակայն Մարթա Կոսի այցն իրականում տեսչական բնույթ է կրում և ոչ միայն տնտեսական բաղադրիչ է ունենալու, այլ նաև քաղաքական։ Կոսը Երևանում քննարկելու է ինչպես ռուսական բիզնեսին և ձեռնարկություններին Հայաստանում դուրս մղելու և փոխարենը արևմտյան կազմակերպություններով լրացնելու հնարավորությունը, այնպես էլ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության պատրաստվածությունը։

Հիշեցնենք, նույն Մարթա Կոսը դեկտեմբերին Բրյուսելում Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ հանդիպմանը 15 միլիոն եվրո էր խոստացել հիբրիդային հարձակումներին դիմագրավելու համար։ Եվ այժմ հասկանալու է, թե ինչպես է ծախսվում այդ գումարը, առավել ևս որ Եվրամիությունը միայն 15 միլիոն եվրոյով չէ, որ բավարարվելու է և մտադիր է շատ ավելին հատկացնել հակառուսական քաղաքականությանը նոր թափ հաղորդելու նպատակով։

Բայց ԵՄ-ում հրաշալի հասկանում են, որ գումարը առձեռն փոխանցել չարժե՝ հաշվի առնելով գործող իշխանությունների սերը գումարների փոշիացման նկատմամբ։ Ըստ էության, այդ գումարները Հայաստանում ծախսելու համար Եվրամիությունը հատուկ փորձագետների է ուղարկել և առաջիկայում ուղարկելու է ավելի մեծ թվով՝ տեղում իրավիճակը հասկանալու, հնարավորությունները գնահատելու նպատակով, ուստի Մարթա Կոսն անձամբ է այցելում Հայաստան՝ իրավիճակն ավելի լավ պատկերացնելու համար։
