Հանրությունը հերքում է ԿԳՄՍՆ-ի «հերքումը». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ազգային կրթության խորհուրդը երեկ հրավիրել էր հանրային քննարկում՝ «Հայաստանի քանդվող ապագան` փակվող դպրոցներ» թեմայով: Անցած օրերին էլ թե՛ խորհուրդը, թե՛ բազմաթիվ այլ փորձագետներ նշում էին, որ սեպտեմբերից օպտիմալացման անվան տակ իշխանությունները որոշել են փակել 231 դպրոց ՀՀ մարզերում, մեծ մասը Շիրակի ու Սյունիքի մարզերում։ Դրանցից 41-ը գտնվում է «բարձր լեռնային» կարգավիճակ ունեցող բնակավայրերում, որտեղ ընդհանուր առմամբ սովորում է 938 աշակերտ, «լեռնային» կարգավիճակ ունեցող բնակավայրերում փակման ենթակա է 108 դպրոց։ Փակման ենթակա «սահմանամերձ» կարագավիճակ ունեցող բնակավայրերի 57 դպրոցներում ընդհանուր թվով սովորում է 1772 աշակերտ։

Երեկ ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ՝ փորձելով հերքել այս տեղեկությունները, սակայն այդ տեքստից այդպես էլ չի հասկացվում՝ ինչն է հերքվում՝ կոնկրետ 231 թիվը, թե ընդհանրապես դպրոցներ փակելու թեման: «Կրթության ոլորտում իրականացվող պետական քաղաքականությունը միտված է հանրակրթության արդյունավետ զարգացմանը, կրթության հասանելիության ընդլայնմանը և որակի բարձրացմանը, այլ ոչ թե կրթական հնարավորությունների սահմանափակմանը»,-նշված է նախարարության հայտարարության մեջ։

Իրականում «հանրակրթության արդյունավետ զարգացում, կրթության հասանելիության ընդլայնում և որակի բարձրացում» փաթեթավորման տակ իրականացվող օպտիմալացման մասին ոչ մի խոսք չկա, այնինչ ակնհայտ է, որ բազմաթիվ բնակավայրերում տեղի է ունենալու դպրոցների միավորման գործընթաց: Թե՛ ԿԳՄՍՆ ՖԲ պաշտոնական էջում, թե՛ նշյալ հայտարարությունը հրապարակած լրատվամիջոցների էջերում բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ հերքում էին ԿԳՄՍՆ «հերքումը»՝ որպես օրինակ բերելով իրենց համայնքները, որտեղ նախատեսվում է փակել դպրոցներն ու միացնել հարևան բնակավայրի դպրոցին: Ոլորտի մասնագետները ևս նշում են, որ այս «հերքումն» ինքնին չի հերքում օպտիմալացման ծրագիրը, որի արդյունքում փակվելու է գյուղական դպրոցների մոտ 30 տոկոսը: Մասնագետները պնդում են, որ այսպիսով իշխանությունները «օպտիմալացված» համայնքներին կանգնեցնում են աստիճանաբար դատարկվելու վտանգի առջև:
