Ո՛չ քայլ են անում, ո՛չ էլ վերջնական պատասխան տալիս. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հրաժարվում են Սյունիքում ՌԴ գլխավոր հյուպատոսություն բացելու թույլտվություն տալ, բայց և, միևնույն ժամանակ, հստակ որևէ պատասխան չեն տալիս։ Գրեթե երեք տարի անընդհատ ձգձգում են հարցի քննարկումը, իսկ անցած տարվա մայիսից սկսած պարզապես չեն արձագանքում։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ԱԳՆ-ին հրահանգվել է հնարավորինս խուսանավել այս հարցում, որևէ պատասխան չտալ Մոսկվային։ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն էլ առայժմ համբերատար սպասում է։

Սյունիքի մարզում, մասնավորապես Կապան քաղաքում 2022 թ. հոկտեմբերից գործում է Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունը։ Տարածաշրջանում աշխարհաքաղաքական հետաքրքրվածության աճով պայմանավորված՝ քննարկվում էին Ռուսաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի (պատվո հյուպատոսի գրասենյակ) ներկայացուցչությունների բացման հարցերը։ 2025 թ. հունիսին Գորիսում բացվեց Ֆրանսիայի պատվո հյուպատոսի գրասենյակ։ Ընդ որում, Ֆրանսիան էլ գլխավոր հյուպատոսություն էր ցանկանում բացել Իրանի օրինակով, բայց հայկական կողմը խնդրել էր միջանկյալ լուծում գտնել, մինչև հասկանա «գլխի գալիքը»։

Ռուսաստանը վերջին անգամ անցած տարվա մայիսին էր հայտարարել հյուպատոսության մասին։ Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը 2025 թ. մայիսի 21-ին Երևանում հայտարարեց, որ Կապանում ՌԴ հյուպատոսության բացման ուղղությամբ նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներն ընթացքի մեջ են։ «Մենք շահագրգռված ենք նաև Հայաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի քաղաքների ու համայնքների, շրջանների ու մարզերի միջև եղբայրական կապերի խորացմամբ»,- ասել էր Լավրովը։ Օրեր անց Հայաստանի ԱԽՔ Արմեն Գրիգորյանը կառավարության նիստից հետո նյարդային արձագանք էր տվել ՌԴ հյուպատոսություն ստեղծելու մասին հարցին, ասել, թե հարցը քննարկվում է։ Շուտով մեկ տարին կլրանա, բայց «սայլն» այդպես էլ տեղից չի շարժվում։
