Երևանը վերածվել է 30-ականների Չիկագոյի

Երևանում՝ Աջափնյակում, երեկ տեղի ունեցած դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, հայտնում է Քննչական կոմիտեն։ Այն նախաձեռնվել է սպանության փորձի, սպանության, խուլիգանության և հրազենի, դրա հիմնական բաղկացուցիչ մասերի, ռազմամթերքի և այլ նյութերի, սարքերի, առարկաների ապօրինի շրջանառության հատկանիշներով։ Երևանում փետրվարի 18-ին հնչած կրակոցներից մեկ մարդ զոհվել է, նախնական տվյալներով՝ վեցը՝ վիրավորվել։ Երեքը, ըստ Առողջապահության նախարարության, ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում են, մյուս երեքն էլ՝ ծանր։ Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունից հայտնել են՝ հիվանդանոցում մահացածը 45-ամյա տղամարդ է։

Մյուսները կամ դանակահարված են, կամ հրազենային վիրավորում ունեն։ Բնական է, որ քրեածին իրավիճակը հենց այսպես էլ պետք է լիներ, անընդհատ աճեր, իսկ տարբեր խմբավորումներ, իրենց անպատիժ զգալով, հենց փողոցում հաշվեհարդար տեսնեին միմյանց նկատմամբ։ Երբ իրավապահ համակարգն իր տեղում չէ և զբաղված է ոչ թե հանցագործությունները կանխելու, վնասազերծելու իր գործառույթներով, այլ բացառապես իշխանության ընդդիմախոսներին հետապնդելով կամ էլ տիրադավ ոգևորականների համար պաշտպանություն ապահովելով, արդյունքում վտանգի տակ են հայտնվելու շարքային քաղաքացիները։

Բարեբախտաբար, թեպետ այս դեպքում պատահական որևէ անցորդ չի տուժել, բայց և նման դեպքերը բազմաթիվ են, և՛ ոստիկանական, և՛ քննչական համակարգերի անգործության պատճառով տուժում են հասարակ քաղաքացիները։ Ըստ Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի՝ միայն անցած տարի հրազենով 152 հանցագործություն է կատարվել, 2024-ին՝ 109, 2023-ին՝ 94։ 2025-ի համեմատ աճը կազմում է շուրջ 40 տոկոս։ Ու որքան էլ գործող իշխանություններն ու նրանց քարոզիչները փորձում են համոզել, թե քրեածին իրավիճակը գտնվում է վերահսկողության տակ, փաստը բոլորովին հակառակն է ապացուցում։ Ըստ էության, Երևանը վերածվել է 30-ականների Չիկագոյի՝ գործող իշխանության անգործության, թողտվության և ստեղծած անպատժելիության մթնոլորտի պատճառով։
