Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ներկայացրել է նոր քաղաքական ուժի՝ «Հայկական քվե»-ի առաջնահերթությունները

«Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ներկայացրել է նոր քաղաքական ուժի՝ «Հայկական էվե»-ի առաջնահերթությունները։

Քաղաքական նախաձեռնության պատմությունը և գործունեությունը ներկայացնելուց հետո Չալաբյանը նշեց, որ իշխանությունները տարածում են հակազգային գաղափարներ՝ երկրի պատմությունն ու ինքնությունը խեղաթյուրելու համար, մինչդեռ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի մեծ մասը առաջարկում է կոսմետիկ փոփոխություններ, որոնք հիմնարար ազդեցություն չունեն իրավիճակի վրա։ Նա նշեց, որ անհրաժեշտ են հիմնարար այլընտրանքներ։

Չալաբյանի խոսքով՝ «Հայկական քվե»-ի քաղաքական ծրագիրը ծավալուն է և մանրամասն կներկայացվի ավելի ուշ։ Դրա հիմնական նպատակն է կառուցել կայուն, բարգավաճ երկիր, որը կարող է դիմակայել մարտահրավերներին։ «Սա հնարավոր է, եթե պետությունը պաշտպանված է իր սեփական ուժերով։ Առանց դրա անհնար է գոյություն ունենալ ուրիշների ողորմածության տակ նման բարդ տարածաշրջանում։ Մենք պետք է մեղմացնենք բաժանարար գծերը, զարգացնենք բանակը և ստեղծենք նոր ռազմավարական զսպման հնարավորություններ՝ շնորհիվ տեխնոլոգիապես զարգացած և մարտունակ բանակի։

Մենք պետք է միաժամանակ զարգացնենք ռազմաարդյունաբերական համալիրը, կառուցենք լավ հարաբերություններ ուժային կենտրոնների հետ և թույլ չտանք, որ մեզ օգտագործեն որպես խաղաքարտեր իրենց գործարքներում։ Պետք է ստեղծենք ռազմավարական դաշինքներ այն կենտրոնների հետ, որոնց հետ համայնքն ունի շահեր, որոնք ներկայումս բացակայում են։ Մենք պետք է դիմադրենք Ադրբեջանի ցանկացած ոտնձգության։ Ուժ կառուցելու համար մենք պետք է ունենանք առողջ տնտեսություն», - հիշեցրեց Չալաբյանը՝ հավելելով, որ տնտեսությունը պետք է հիմնված լինի մրցակցության, տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների պաշտպանության, թափանցիկ հարկային քաղաքականության և մակրոտնտեսական կայունության վրա։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, պետք է զարգանա հիմնարար գիտությունը, տարածաշրջանները պետք է զարգանան հավասարաչափ, և նոր ատոմակայանի հետ մեկտեղ անհրաժեշտ են արևային էլեկտրակայաններ։ «Արդյունաբերությունը նույնպես պետք է զարգանա, բայց այնպես, որ բնական պաշարների օգտագործումը չհանգեցնի էկոհամակարգերի ոչնչացմանը։ Երկրի զգալի մասն արդեն վերածվել է անապատի», - նշեց Չալաբյանը։

Քաղաքական գործիչը խոստացավ զարգացնել տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունները, ավարտել Հյուսիս-Հարավ նախագիծը, կառուցել նոր մայրուղի Թբիլիսիում և օդանավակայան հարավում։ Չալաբյանը նաև խոստացել է պաշտպանել մարդու իրավունքները, դադարեցնել կառավարության միջամտությունը դատական ​​համակարգում և վերջ դնել եկեղեցու անկախության նկատմամբ ոտնձգություններին։
