Իրանի դեմ նոր պատերազմը օգուտ չի բերի տարածաշրջանին, ընդհակառակը՝ այն միայն կտուժի դրանից, այս մասին հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի առաջնորդ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը։

«Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ Իրանի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև առկա խնդիրները լուծվեն երկխոսության միջոցով։ Մենք բարձր մակարդակի շփումներ ենք պահպանում երկու երկրների հետ էլ», — ասել է Թուրքիայի նախագահը՝ հավելելով, որ հեռախոսազրույցներ է ունեցել Իրանի և ԱՄՆ նախագահների հետ, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Մենք պատեր չենք կառուցում և հակամարտություններ չենք հրահրում, ընդհակառակը՝ կամուրջներ ենք գցում և խաղաղության հիմքեր ստեղծում։ Իրանի դեմ նոր պատերազմը ոչ մեկին ոչինչ չի բերի, ընդհակառակը՝ մեր տարածաշրջանը միայն կպարտվի։ Մենք շարունակում ենք մնալ խաղաղության կողմնակից և այս հարցին մոտենում ենք դրական հույսերով։ Մենք շարունակելու ենք բացատրել, որ նման ռազմական սրումը և լարվածության աճը կհանգեցնեն էլ ավելի մեծ անորոշության մեր տարածաշրջանում։ Քանի դեռ դիվանագիտության դուռը բաց է, հույս կա։ Մենք կպահպանենք ու կամրապնդենք այդ հույսը», — նշել է Էրդողանը։
