Պարտադիր կանխարգելիչ ստուգումը պետք է լինի համընդհանուր. Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Սոցիալական ծրագիր 4 / 87։ Յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի տարեկան մեկ անգամ պետք է անցնի պարտադիր հետազոտում։
Դա հիանալի և ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող որոշում է։ Սրտանոթային և ուռուցքային հիվանդությունների վաղ հայտնաբերումը ոչ միայն փրկում է կյանքեր, այլև զգալիորեն նվազեցնում է բուժման հետագա ծախսերը։
Որպեսզի այս համակարգը լինի արդյունավետ և ոչ թե ձևական բնույթ կրի, առաջարկում եմ դիտարկել հետևյալ հիմնական բաղադրիչները.

1. Ստուգումների հիմնական փաթեթը (Screening)
Սրտանոթային համակարգի համար.
* Զարկերակային ճնշման մշտադիտարկում։
* Լիպիդային պրոֆիլ (խոլեստերինի մակարդակի ստուգում)։
* Էլեկտրասրտագրություն (ԷՍԳ) և, ըստ անհրաժեշտության, էխոսրտագրություն։
* Գլյուկոզայի մակարդակի որոշում (շաքարային դիաբետը սրտի հիվանդությունների գլխավոր «գործընկերն» է)։
Օնկոլոգիական հիվանդությունների համար.
* Թիրախային սկրինինգներ՝ ըստ տարիքային խմբերի (օրինակ՝ մամոգրաֆիա կանանց համար, ՊՍԱ թեստ տղամարդկանց համար)։
* Որովայնի խոռոչի և վահանաձև գեղձի ՈՒՁՀ։
* Թոքերի ռենտգեն կամ ցածր դոզայով ԿՏ (հատկապես ռիսկի խմբում գտնվողների համար)։

2. Ներդրման մեխանիզմները

* Թվայնացում: Բոլոր արդյունքները պետք է պահպանվեն միասնական էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական համակարգում (օրինակ՝ Armed), որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի տեսնել դինամիկան տարիների ընթացքում։
* Խրախուսման համակարգ: Ստուգումն անցնելը կարող է կապվել առողջապահական ապահովագրության փաթեթի հետ կամ աշխատողների դեպքում՝ լրացուցիչ արձակուրդային օրվա տրամադրմամբ։
* Ռիսկերի գնահատում: Կիրառել հարցաշարեր, որոնք կօգնեն առանձնացնել այն մարդկանց, ովքեր ունեն գենետիկ նախադրյալներ կամ վատ սովորություններ (ծխել, ավելորդ քաշ)։

3. Հնարավոր մարտահրավերներ

Կարևոր է հիշել. Միայն ստուգումը բավարար չէ։ Անհրաժեշտ է ունենալ հստակ «ճանապարհային քարտեզ» այն դեպքերի համար, երբ հայտնաբերվում է խնդիր։ Պացիենտը չպետք է մնա մենակ իր ախտորոշման հետ։
