Փաշինյանն անբարոյականության նոր հորիզոններ է նվաճում

«Մարտի 1»-ի գործի շրջանակում մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել Երևանի նախկին փոխոստիկանապետ Ռոբերտ Մելքոնյանին և Հայաստանի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանին, հայտնել են Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեից։

«Մասնավորապես՝ 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ին ոստիկանության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների կողմից բռնության և հատուկ միջոցների գործադրմամբ Երևան քաղաքի Ազատության հրապարակում նստացույց իրականացնող խաղաղ ցուցարարներին ցրելու գործողությունները կազմակերպելու համար մեղադրանքներ են ներկայացվել նշված ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևանի քաղաքի վարչության պարեկապահակակետային գնդի հրամանատարի և նրա տեղակալի պաշտոնները զբաղեցրած անձանց»,– հայտնել են գերատեսչությունից։

Նշված ժամանակահատվածում ոստիկանության Երևանի քաղաքի վարչության պարեկապահակակետային գնդի հրամանատարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնում էր Ռոբերտ Մելքոնյանը, իսկ նրա տեղակալի պաշտոնը՝ Վալերի Օսիպյանը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ 2018 թվականին իշխանափոխությունից հետո նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Վալերի Օսիպյանին նշանակեց ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ, նրան շնորհեց գեներալի կոչում, իսկ այժմ նրա նկատմամբ հարուցվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Գործող իշխանության ղեկավարն արդեն շուրջ ութ տարի հայտարարում է, թե Մարտի 1-ի գործը բացահայտված է, մինչդեռ զոհերի համար որևէ մեկը պատասխանատվություն չի կրել։ Փաստացի, իշխանության գալուց հետո Փաշինյանը գիտակցաբար Օսիպյանին նշանակել է ոստիկանապետի պաշտոնում՝ իմանալով նրա մասնակցությունը Մարտի 1-ի դեպքերին։ Իսկ ներկայիս քրեական վարույթը, ըստ էության, պատասխան է Վալերի Օսիպյանի՝ ընդդիմադիր դառնալու հանգամանքին։

Սա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան դասական անբարոյականություն․ խաբել սեփական կողմնակիցներին ու հասարակությանը՝ հայտարարելով, թե գործը բացահայտված է, իսկ իրականում այն օգտագործել բացառապես քաղաքական նեղ շահերի համար։
