Հայաստան-ԵՄ հարաբերությունների խորացման կարևորությունը

Շատ անգամներ են խոսվել այն մասին, թե որքան կարևոր է երկրում տնտեսական և քաղաքական դինամիկ առաջընթաց ապահովել, իսկ դրա ամենաարդյունավետ ուղին դա միջազգային հեղինակավոր կառույցների հետ հարաբերությունների խորացումն է: Ահա այս նկատառումներից ելնելով, հարկ է անդրադառնալ օրերս ԲՀԿ-ի և Եվրոպայի Պահպանողականների և ռեֆորմիստների դաշինքի միջև կայացած հանդիպումը՝ Եվրոպայի խորհրդարանում: Բազմաթիվ քաղաքական հանդիպումներից զատ, ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ծավալուն ելույթ ունեցավ Եվրոխորհրդարանի նիստերի գլխավոր դահլիճում, որտեղ բարձրաձայնվեց ոչ միայն տնտեսական և քաղաքական հիմնահարցեր, այլև նշվեց Արցախի խնդրի խաղաղ բանակցային կերպով կարգավորելու մասին մտահոգությունները: Նման բարձր ամբիոնից խնդրի մասին խոսելը յուրահատուկ ազդեցություն կարող է ունենալ այդ հարցում, ի հեճուկս ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենայի, ովքեր ամեն կերպ փորձում են միջազգային հանրությանը մատուցել բոլորովին այլ պատկեր: Ծառուկյանի և նրա ղեկավարած քաղաքական ուժի փոխհարաբերությունները եվրոպական հեղինակավոր կառույցների հետ պարարտ հող են հանդիսանում մեր երկրի արտաքաին քաղաքական բլոկում առաջընթաց գրանցելու և դա ծառայեցնելու մեր պետության և հանրության բարեկեցության բարձրացմանը: Պատահական չէ, որ Ծառուկյանի և նրա ղեկավարած քաղաքական ուժի և եվրոպական հզոր դաշինքի միջև փոխհարաբերություններն ավելի են խորանում, դրա ամենառաջնային նախապայմանը քաղաքակրթական արժեքների ընդհանրությունն է և դա փաստելու համար վերհիշենք խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, որի ժամանակ նույն Եվրոպայի Պահպանողականների և ռեֆորմիստների դաշինքի պատվիրակությունը նախագահ Զահրադիլի գլխավորությամբ, ժամանել էր Հայաստան եղբայր կուսակցությանը աջակից լինելու համար:
Ահա նմանատիպ համագործակցություններն ու կապերն են օգնելու մեր պետությանը դիմակայել արտաքին, թե՛ քաղաքական, թե՛ տնտեսական մարտահրավերին, իսկ թե արգասաբեր կլինի այդ համագործակցությունը թե ոչ, կարծում ենք ակնհայտ է, որովհետև այդ փոխհարաբերությունների առանցքում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի և նրա ղեկավարած քաղաքական ուժի հեղինակությունն ու բազմամյա փորձը:
