ՀՀ իշխանությունները ամեն գնով փորձում են թաքցնել Ադրբեջանի հանցանքները, ես չե՛մ լռելու․ Թաթոյան

Այսօր, երբ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ամեն գնով փորձում են թաքցնել առկա խնդիրները և ձևացնել, թե դրանք գոյություն չունեն, մեզ խիստ անհրաժեշտ է միջազգային հրապարակայնություն։ Այս մասին «Ֆեյսբուքի» իր էջում գրել է հայտարարել է «Միասնության թևեր» քաղաքական նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Արման Թաթոյանը։

«Այս օրերին ես իրականացնում եմ միջազգային այց։

Ծրագրում է Փարիզը, որտեղ սպասվում են կարևոր հանդիպումներ։ Այնուհետև՝ օվկիանոսից այն կողմ, որտեղ կլինեն տարբեր հանդիպումներ, դասախոսություններով հանդես կգամ Ամերիկայի ու աշխարհի լավագույն համալսարաններում՝ Յեյլի, Կոլումբիայի համալսարաններում: Կլինեմ Փենսիլվանիայի համալսարանում, ի դեպ, այն համալսարանն է, որտեղ ես ինքս եմ ուսանել և համալսարանի կողմից ճանաչվել եմ իրավունքի դպրոցի լավագույն շրջանավարտներից:

Դասախոսությունների թեմաներն են միջազգային իրավունքը, պատերազմական հանցանքների համար պատասխանատվությունը, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը։

Այն ամենն, ինչին ես նվիրել եմ իմ ամբողջ կյանքը։

Հենց այս մասին էի գրել իմ վերջին նամակում ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջ.Վենսին։ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի և Արցախի նկատմամբ հանցանքների, օկուպացված տարածքների, բռնի տեղահանվածների, բռնությամբ անհետացածների, մեր գերիների և պատանդների ճակատագրի մասին, որոնց անհրաժեշտ է վերադարձնել հայրենիք։

Այսօր, երբ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ամեն գնով փորձում են թաքցնել առկա խնդիրները և ձևացնել, թե դրանք գոյություն չունեն, մեզ խիստ անհրաժեշտ է միջազգային հրապարակայնություն։

Որպես մարդ, ով ամբողջ կյանքում զբաղվել է մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ, ես չեմ կարող և չեմ լռելու։

Պարբերաբար ձեզ կտեղեկացնեմ այս աշխատանքի ընթացքի և արդյունքների մասին»,- գրել է Թաթոյանը։

Հավելենք, որ Արման Թաթոյանը դասախոսությամբ հանդես կգա ԱՄՆ-ի Կոլումբիայի համալսարանում «Արդարադատությունը գործնականում. հեռանկարները և սահմանները միջազգային դատարաններում» թեմայով։ Իր ելույթում Արման Թաթոյանը կանդրադառնա միջազգային դատական մարմինների, մասնավորապես՝ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի, Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի և Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի դերին՝ մարդու իրավունքների խախտումներին արձագանքելու գործում: Նա կքննարկի, թե որքանով է արդարադատությունը հասանելի այն դեպքերում, երբ գործերը առնչվում են պետությունների քաղաքական շահերին, կներկայացնի դատավճիռների կատարման մեխանիզմները և կվերլուծի յուրաքանչյուր դատարանի կոնկրետ լիազորությունները։ Քննարկման առանցքում կլինեն մարդու իրավունքների ծանր խախտումները՝ ներառյալ ցեղասպանությունը, պատերազմական հանցագործությունները և մարդկության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունները։ Արման Թաթոյանը կներկայացնի նաև «Հայաստանն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի» և «Արցախ» գործերը։
