«Մեր ձևով»-ը՝ որպես այլընտրանքային ուղի. առողջապահությունից մինչև տնտեսություն

Երևանի օդի աղտոտվածությունն արդեն դարձել է ոչ միայն էկոլոգիական, այլև ուղիղ առողջապահական խնդիր։

«Մեր ձևով» շարժման համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանի խոսքով՝ բժիշկների հետ օրերս տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ընթացքում արձանագրվել է մտահոգիչ փաստ․ վերջին յոթ տարիների ընթացքում օնկոլոգիական հիվանդությունների թիվն աճել է մոտ քսան տոկոսով, և մասնագետների գնահատմամբ դրա հիմնական պատճառներից մեկը հենց մայրաքաղաքի աղտոտված օդն է։ Կարապետյանի խոսքով՝ շարժման կողմից առաջարկվող լուծումները նպատակ ունեն փոխել այս վտանգավոր միտումը և համակարգային կերպով մոտենալ խնդրի լուծմանը։

«Մեր ձևով» շարժման ծրագրի առանցքում դրված են սոցիալ-տնտեսական հստակ թիրախներ։ Նախատեսվում է ստեղծել երեք հարյուր հազար աշխատատեղ, խթանել գյուղատնտեսության զարգացումը, ակտիվացնել բնակարանաշինությունը, ապահովել հասանելի դեղորայք և փոքր բիզնեսին ազատել հարկային ճնշումներից։ Շարժման ներկայացուցիչների համոզմամբ՝ այս քայլերը կարող են դառնալ իրական տնտեսական վերականգնման հիմք, այլ ոչ թե ձևական խոստումներ։

Շարժումը, ինչպես նշում է Նարեկ Կարապետյանը, օր օրի հզորանում է։ Հանրապետության տարբեր բնակավայրերում բացվում են նոր գրասենյակներ, ձևավորվում են թիմեր, որոնք աշխատում են տեղում՝ քաղաքացիների խնդիրները հասկանալու և լուծումներ առաջարկելու ուղղությամբ։ Այս գործընթացը, ըստ նրա, վկայում է, որ հասարակության մեջ կա պահանջ նոր որակի քաղաքական և տնտեսական մտածողության նկատմամբ։

Սակայն այս զարգացումները զուգահեռվում են նաև աճող ճնշումներով։ Նարեկ Կարապետյանի խոսքով՝ գործող իշխանությունն իր բոլոր հնարավորություններով փորձում է վարկաբեկել շարժումը։ Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ որքան մոտենա նախընտրական գործընթացը, այնքան այդ հարձակումները կուժեղանան և կդառնան ավելի կոշտ։

«Մենք աշխատում ենք հավասարակշռության մեջ մնալ։ Փորձելու ենք ամեն ինչ անել, որ մեր այս վերցրած ճանապարհը մինչև վերջ հասցնենք, որովհետև հասկանում ենք, որ չկա ուրիշ այլընտրանք։ Փոփոխությունը պարզապես անհրաժեշտություն է», - ընդգծել է շարժման համակարգողը։

Ամփոփելով՝ «Մեր ձևով»-ը ներկայանում է որպես քաղաքական միավոր, որը տարբերվում է Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում գործող ավանդական ուժերից։

Շարժման ներկայացուցիչների ձևակերպմամբ՝ այն ոչ անցյալի իշխանությունների շարունակությունն է, ոչ էլ ներկա համակարգի բաղադրիչը, այլ փորձ է առաջարկելու նոր ուղի՝ հիմնված սոցիալական արդարության, տնտեսական զարգացման և հանրային առողջության առաջնահերթությունների վրա։
