Համայնքային ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել են ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրության դեպքեր․ առգրավվել է ծխախոտ և խմիչք

Համայնքային ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի ծառայողները հունվարի 22-ին ստացել էին օպերատիվ տեղեկություն, որ Վերին Արտաշատ գյուղի բնակիչ 41-ամյա մի տղամարդ Այգեպատ գյուղում վարձակալած տանը զբաղվում է ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրությամբ՝ շշալցնում և վաճառում է կեղծ խմիչք։

Նույն օրը ոստիկաններն այցելեցին Այգեպատ։ Ընդունելով, որ ոստիկանների տեղեկությունը ճիշտ է՝ 41-ամյա տղամարդը պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց ներկայացնել կեղծ խմիչքն ու կեղծ դրոշմանիշները։

Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվեց քրեական վարույթ, և նույն օրն էլ կատարվեց զննություն։ Հայտնաբերվեց տարբեր տեսակների 227 շիշ օղի, տակառներով կեղծ գինիներ, 22 շիշ կեղծ կոնյակ, 3782 կեղծ դրոշմանիշ, 5400 դատարկ շիշ և խցաններ։

Նույն օրը նման մի ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրություն էլ բացահայտեցին Վաղարշապատի համայնքային ոստիկանները։ Ըստ օպերատիվ տեղեկության՝ Գրբոյեդով գյուղի բնակիչ 67-ամյա տղամարդը կեղծ խմիչքից բացի վաճառում էր նաև առանց «ՔյուԱռ»-ի ծխախոտ։

Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվեց քրեական վարույթ, և հունվարի 22-ին էլ կատարվեց զննություն։ Հայտնաբերվեց առանց «ՔյուԱռ»-ի 770 տուփ ծխախոտ և 129 շիշ տարբեր տեսակների կեղծ օղի ու կոնյակ։

Նման մի օպերատիվ տեղեկություն էլ Վաղարշապատի համայնքային ոստիկանները ստացան հունվարի 26-ին։ Ըստ տվյալի՝ Էջմիածնի Տիգրան Մեծի փողոցի բնակիչ 39-ամյա տղամարդն էր զբաղվում ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրությամբ՝ պատրաստում և իրացնում էր կեղծ խմիչք։

Նույն օրը ոստիկաններն այցելեցին տղամարդուն։ Նա ընդունեց, որ նկուղում ունի կեղծ խմիչքներ, որոնք պատրաստ է ներկայացնել։

Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում կատարված զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է 22 շիշ կեղծ օղի և մեծ քանակի դատարկ շշեր։

Երեք դեպքով էլ նախաքննությամբ հանգամանքները պարզվում են։
