Ե՞րբ է սկսվելու Գյումրու «չոր նավահանգստի» շինարարությունը. նախարարության պատասխանը

Հայաստանում պատկան մարմիներից որևէ մեկը չգիտի, թե երբ է սկսվելու Գյումրիում «չոր նավահանգստի» և արդյունաբերական հանգույցի շինարարությունը։ Նման եզրակացության կարելի է հանգել Sputnik Արմենիայի գրավոր հարցմանը ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունից ստացված պատասխանից։

Ավելի վաղ հայկական կողմը հայտարարել էր, որ շինարարական աշխատանքները պետք է սկսվեն 2024 թվականի երկրորդ կեսին։ Արդեն 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Համբուրգում լրագրողների հետ զրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարեց, որ տեղի նավահանգստի ղեկավարությունը հետաքրքրված է Գյումրիում «չոր նավահանգիստ» ստեղծելու նախագծով։

Նախարարությունից մեր հարցերին ի պատասխան հայտնեցին, որ նախագիծը դեռ արդիական է։ Մասնավորապես, Շիրակի մարզում նախատեսվում է իրականացնել «չոր նավահանգիստ» ներդրումային ծրագիրը, որը կտեղակայվի օդանավակայանի, երկաթուղու, Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանի հարևանությամբ: Ծրագրի նպատակն է զարգացնել լոգիստիկ և արդյունաբերական ենթակառուցվածքները:

«ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության պատվերով միջազգային փորձագետների կողմից իրականացվում է ծրագրի իրագործելիության ուսումնասիրություն՝ Հայաստան–Թուրքիա, Հայաստան–Ադրբեջան սահմանների բացման սցենարի համատեքստում»,– պատասխանել են նախարարությունից:

Գերատեսչությունից հավաստիացրել են, որ զուգահեռաբար նախագիծը քննարկվում է տեղական և միջազգային ներդրողների և օպերատորների հետ։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ծրագրի ամբողջական պատկերը հնարավոր կլինի ստանալ միայն իրագործելիության ուսումնասիրության ավարտից հետո: Նախարարությունից խոստացել են անհրաժեշտության դեպքում հրապարակել այն։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Գյումրիում «չոր նավահանգիստ» նախագծի մասին հայտարարվել է դեռ 2021 թվականին։ Դրա հեղինակը գործարար և ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի նախկին խորհրդական Շառլ Մալասն է։ 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերին MTBS նիդեռլանդական ընկերությունը պատրաստել էր «չոր նավահանգստի» տեխնիկա-տնտեսական հիմնավորումը։ 2024 թվականի հունվարին վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ Ներդրումային կոմիտեն անցկացրեց նիստ, որի ընթացքում քննարկեց և հավանություն տվեց Շիրակի մարզի համար նախատեսված նախագիծը: Ավելին, այն ցանկանում էին ներառել «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախաձեռնության մեջ, իսկ շինարարությունը նախատեսվում էր սկսել արդեն 2024 թվականի երկրորդ կեսին։
