«Եվրոպան չի գա մեզ փրկելու». Արման Ղուկասյանը՝ իրական քաղաքականության մասին (տեսանյութ)

Մեծ քննարկման հերթական թեման «Երկու տարի առանց Արցախն» է՝ այն իրավիճակը, որում հայտնվել է արցախահայությունը։ Հաղորդման բանախոսներն են 

«Սոցիալական արդարություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Արման Ղուկասյանը,

 Լեհաստանում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան, փորձագետ Էդգար Ղազարյանը,

«Հայրենիք» կուսակցության քաղխորհրդի անդամ Բաբկեն Հարությունյանը,

«Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանք» կուսակցության նախագահ, քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը։

Քննարկման մոդերատորն է Վահան Բաբայանը՝ «Ռեֆորմիստների կուսակցության» նախագահը։

Վահան Բաբայանը Արման Ղուկասյանին հարց ուղղեց՝  ինչու 2023 տեղի ունեցավ Արցախի՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայաթափումը և օկուպացումը։ Ո՞րն է Ռուսաստանի դերը, և ի՞նչ կարող էր նա անել։

 Արման Ղուկասյանը ասաց, որ երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը եկավ իշխանության, «Գազպրոմում» սկսեց ստուգումներ անցկացնել, ՀԱՊԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի դեմ վարույթ բացեց, և ինչ պետք է աներ Ռուսաստանը այդ ամենից հետո։ Եվ այդպես, հայկական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ, սկսվեց հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների տրանսֆորմացիան։ 

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը սկսեց հայտարարել, որ մենք դաշնակիցներ ենք, տնտեսությունը աճեց, բայց քաղաքական իրավիճակը լրիվ այլ էր։ Պրահայում 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Լավրո՞վն է ասել, որ Արցախը Ադրբեջանի մաս է։ Ո՞ւմ ստորագրությունն է դրված՝ Կրեմլի գործակալների՞»,-հռետորական հարց հնչեցրեց  Արման Ղուկասյանը։ 

Նրա խոսքով՝ աշխարհում պրոցեսները այնքան արագ են զարգանում, իսկ մենք փակվել ենք և մտածում ենք՝ ինչ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասում։ Ընդդիմությունը և ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերը պետք է իրենց սեփական օրակարգը առաջ տանեն։ Բավական է մեկնաբանենք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Անհրաժեշտ է հանրությանն առաջարկել նոր քաղաքական պրոդուկտ, և այդ ժամանակ այդ պրոդուկտները կմրցակցեն։ Իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասում է՝ ամեն ինչ քննարկեք իմ շուրջ։ 

«Մեծ հաշվով՝ այս իշխանության քաղաքականությունը պարզ է՝ պահել սեփական իշխանությունը։ Եթե ռուսական ազդեցությունը վերադառնա, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կդառնա Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կողմնակից»,- ասաց Արման Ղուկասյանը։ 

Նա հավելեց՝ եվրոպացիները չեն գալու մեզ փրկելու, պետք է գործել։
