«Մեր Ձևով» շարժումը ներկայացնում է ուժեղ Հայաստանի իր տեսլականը

Օրեր առաջ «Մեր Ձևով» շարժման համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանը հանդիպել է երիտասարդների հետ՝ ներկայացնելով «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» ծրագրի հիմնական դրույթները և շարժման տնտեսական առաջնահերթությունները։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում շեշտվել է, որ ծրագրի հինգ քայլերից ամենաբարդն ու միաժամանակ ամենակարևորը երեք հարյուր հազար նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումն է, ինչը պահանջում է պետական համակարգի հետևողական, համակարգային և նպատակային աշխատանք։

Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ կրթության ոլորտում անհրաժեշտ է կենտրոնանալ այն ուղղությունների վրա, որոնք ձևավորում են իրական տնտեսական արդյունք և նպաստում աշխատաշուկայի զարգացմանը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ հատկապես կարևոր է մարզերում զբաղվածության ապահովումը, որի համար մշակվել է արդյունաբերականացման ծրագիր։ Այդ ծրագրի շրջանակում առաջարկվում են պետական ներդրումներ արտադրության մեջ և գործարանների ստեղծում Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերում՝ տեղում աշխատատեղեր ձևավորելու և տնտեսական ակտիվություն խթանելու նպատակով։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև բարեգործ Սամվել Կարապետյանի ներկայացրած «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» տնտեսական ծրագրին, որը ներառում է հինգ հիմնարար քայլ։ Դրանց թվում են երեք հարյուր հազար աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը հատկապես մարզերում, փոքր բիզնեսի համար զրոյական հարկային բեռի սահմանումը, դեղերի գների նվազեցումը քսան տոկոսով, գյուղերում բերքի երաշխավորված մթերման համակարգի ներդրումը և պետության աջակցությամբ քսան հազար մատչելի բնակարանների կառուցման ծրագիրը։

Սամվել Կարապետյանը վստահեցրել է, որ նշված քայլերի իրականացումը ինքը երաշխավորում է՝ ընդգծելով, որ լայն հանրային աջակցություն կձևավորվի այն պահին, երբ պետությունը դադարի լինել մեկ անձի կամքի ներքո գտնվող գործիք և սկսի կառավարվել տաղանդավոր ու արժանավոր մասնագետների հավաքական թիմի կողմից։ Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ դեպքում հնարավոր կլինի վերադարձնել վստահությունը պետության նկատմամբ և ստեղծել զարգացման իրական հիմքեր։

Եզրափակելով իր ուղերձը՝ Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը կարճ ժամանակում դուրս կգա նվաստացման վիճակից և կմտնի բարեկեցության փուլ։ Նա ընդգծել է, որ փոփոխությունների ժամանակը մոտենում է, և այդ ճանապարհը իրենք պատրաստվում են անցնել իրենց ձևով՝ հենվելով աշխատանքի, պատասխանատվության և ազգային ներուժի վրա։
