Հակառակորդը խոսում է խաղաղության մասին, բայց ամեն օր հատուկ նշանակության նոր ստորաբաժանումներ ու զորամասեր է ձևավորում, իսկ Հայաստանը նոր հատուկ նշանակության ստորաբաժանումների ու կառույցների փոխարեն ոստիկանական ստորաբաժանումներ է ձևավորում: Այս մասին այսօր՝ Եռաբլուրում, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

«Դա էր պակաս, որ այս ողբերգություններից հետո քայլեր չձեռնարկեին բանակի մարտունակությունը վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ, ես գտնում եմ, որ այս 5 տարիները բաց թողնված ժամանակահատված են: Պետք է մշակվեր մեր ազգային անվտանգության ռազմավարությունը, պետք է նոր խնդիրներին համաձայն՝ մարտական առումով կազմհաստիքային փոփոխություններ կատարեին: Եթե ես լինեի, այդ բերետների փոխարեն 3 կամ 4 հատ հատուկ նշանակության զորամասեր  կձևավորեի, որոնք հատուկ խնդիրներ կիրականացնեին և 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո, և այսօր»,- նշել է նա:

Անդրադառնալով բանակի օրվա նշանակությանը՝ Սեյրան Օհանյանը նշեց.

«Ես մեր ժողովրդին շնորհավորում եմ հայկական բանակի կազմավորման կապակցությամբ: Իհարկե այսօր տոնակատարությունները այն մեծ շուքով ու տրամադրությամբ չեն նշվում, ինչպես նախկինում էինք նշում, որովհետև մենք 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում պարտություն ենք կրել, այնուհետև բազմաթիվ անհաջողություններ են եղել, Արցախն ենք կորցրել, բայց այնուամենայնիվ ես գտնում եմ, որ հայկական բանակn այն կառույցն է, որը պատշաճ ուշադրության պայմաններում առաջինը կարող է շտկել իր ողնաշարը ու վերականգնվել: Մեր ժողովուրդն ակնկալում է, որ հայկական բանակը պետք է լինի իր անվտանգության երաշխավորը, բանակը յուրաքանչյուր պետության ռազմական հզորության առանցքն է»:

Հարցին, թե ինչ կարծիք ունի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այսօրվա ուղերձի մասին, Սեյրան Օհանյանը պատասխանեց.

«Ես չեմ կարդացել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ուղերձը, որովհետև չեմ կարծում, որ նա ամբողջությամբ արտահայտում է այն իրականությունը, որը այսօր կա: Հայկական բանակը ձևավորվել է Արցախի համար ազատության, ՀՀ անկախության, պատերազմական գործողություններին զուգահեռ: Ոչ ոք կասկած չունի, որ հայկական բանակը ձևավորվել է 0-ից ու հասել այն իրավիճակին, որ եղել է մրցունակ ու հաղթել է: Հայկական բանակը՝ մինչև 2018 թվականը, իր առջև խնդիրը կատարել է, մարտական հերթապահություն է իրականացրել ու հակառակորդի հետ անհավասար պայմաններում իր առջև խնդիրը իրականացրել»:
