Ռուսաստանը ստեղծում է շափյուղայի՝ սապֆիրի հիմքի վրա արևային մարտկոցների արտադրության կենտրոն

Ռուս գիտնականները մշակել են շափյուղայի հիմքերի վրա արբանյակային արևային մարտկոցներ արտադրելու կենտրոն։ Այդ բջիջները կունենան ավելի բարձր արդյունավետություն, քան առկա անալոգները, և կլինեն ավելի էժան, գրում է cnews.ru–ն։ Հյուսիսային Կովկասի դաշնային համալսարանում (ՀԿՖՀ) մշակվել է արևային մարտկոցների համար կիսահաղորդչային շերտեր շափյուղայի հիմքերի վրա աճեցնելու MOCVD էպիտաքսիայի նախատիպային կենտրոն։ Նախկինում այդ նպատակով օգտագործվել է սիլիցիում, ապա գալիումի արսենիդի հիմքեր։ Շափյուղայի հիմքերի օգտագործումը կբարձրացնի արդյունավետությունը մինչև 30%, ինչը ոչ միայն կնվազեցնի Ռուսաստանի կախվածությունը արբանյակային արևային մարտկոցների արտադրությունից, այլ նաև թույլ կտա մրցակցել համաշխարհային շուկայում։ Նախատիպային կենտրոնում կաճեցվեն փորձնական նմուշներ։ Stilsoft-ը կօգնի համալսարանին ընդլայնել տեխնոլոգիան։

Շափյուղաները կարող են դիմակայել ծայրահեղ ջերմաստիճաններին և տիեզերական ճառագայթմանը և ունեն բարձր օպտիկական թափանցիկություն ուլտրամանուշակագույնից մինչև ինֆրակարմիր տիրույթում։ Դրանց խտությունը գերմանիումի խտության կեսն է, ինչը նվազեցնում է մարտկոցների քաշը։

Գիտնականների գաղափարը, ինչպես նշված է SKFU կայքում, այն է, որ սարքին հարվածող արևի լույսը անցնի անմիջապես շափյուղայի հիմքի միջով, ինչը նշանակում է, որ ապագա արևային մարտկոցի բջիջը կլինի «ներսից դուրս»։ SKFU-ի ֆոտովոլտային և նանոտեխնոլոգիայի գիտակրթական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Իգոր Սիսոևի խոսքով նման հայրենական զարգացումները տասնյակ անգամներով կնվազեցնի արևային մարտկոցների տարրերի արտադրության արժեքը։

2025 թվականի հունվարի դրությամբ, NCFU-ի ներկայացուցիչների խոսքով, Ռուսաստանում կար ընդամենը երկու ընկերություն, որոնք արտադրում էին արևային վահանակներ տիեզերական կիրառությունների համար, մեկը Մոսկվայի մարզում և մեկը Կրասնոդարի երկրամասում։ Արտադրական հզորությունների մեծ մասը գտնվում է արտասահմանում, ուստի հիմա Ստավրոպոլում արևային վահանակների արտադրությունը կարող է իսկապես կարևոր քայլ լինել պատժամիջոցների և ներմուծման փոխարինման համատեքստում, նշել են համալսարանի ներկայացուցիչները։

Շափյուղայի հիմքերը էլեկտրոնիկայի արտադրողների կողմից օգտագործվող կարևոր բաղադրիչ են։ Դրանք դիմացկուն են բարձր ջերմաստիճաններին։ Դրանք լայնորեն օգտագործվում են, օրինակ, Թայվանի TSMC-ի կողմից: Apple-ը դրանք օգտագործում է iPhone-ներում և Apple Watch-ներում ապակի արտադրելու համար: Սապֆիրե բյուրեղն ավելի ամուր է, քան ավանդական ապակին, ինչը այն ավելի հարմար է դարձնում տարբեր արտաքին ազդեցությունների ենթարկվող բջջային սարքերում օգտագործելու համար։ Սինթետիկ սապֆիրեների աշխարհի խոշորագույն արտադրողներից մեկը ռուսական Monocrystal գործարանն է, որը գտնվում է Բելգորոդի մարզում, և որը 2022 թվականից իր եկամուտը մեծացրել է 17%-ով հասնելով 6.4 միլիարդ ռուբլու բջջային սարքերի արտադրողների համար սապֆիրե բաղադրիչների խոշորագույն չինական արտադրողներից մեկին բյուրեղներ մատակարարելով:
