Թույլ մի տվեք ձեզ մոլորեցնել․ Հայաստանում կատարվողը իրավական հիմք չունի

 Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացները վերջին շրջանում ավելի ու ավելի են առաջացնում լուրջ մտահոգություններ՝ ինչպես երկրի ներսում, այնպես էլ միջազգային հարթակներում։ Գործող իշխանության վարքագիծը, իրավապաշտպանների և միջազգային փորձագետների գնահատմամբ, վաղուց անցել է թույլատրելիի սահմանները՝ խաթարելով իրավական պետության հիմքերը և խորացնելով հասարակական բևեռացումը։


 Այս մասին իր հրապարակային տեսաուղերձում խոսել է գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի միջազգային փաստաբանը՝ Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամը։ Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ այն, ինչ այսօր տեղի է ունենում Հայաստանում, 21-րդ դարում աննախադեպ է և չունի որևէ իրավական հիմնավորում։ Փաստաբանը կոշտ է արձանագրում, որ երկրի ղեկավարման ներկայիս մոդելը հիշեցնում է անցյալի մռայլ փորձերը, երբ քաղաքական իշխանությունը ճնշում էր այլակարծությունը և իրավունքը փոխարինում կամայականությամբ։


 Ամստերդամը նշել է, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության օրոք Հայաստանի բանտերում հայտնվել են քաղբանտարկյալներ, իսկ Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ եկեղեցու դեմ իրականացվում են հարձակումներ, որոնք հակասում են թե՛ ազգային ավանդույթներին, թե՛ իրավական նորմերին։ Նրա խոսքով՝ ցավալի է տեսնել, թե ինչպես քրիստոնեության օրրան համարվող երկիրը այսօր կանգնած է սեփական հոգևոր և արժեքային հիմքերի խաթարման վտանգի առաջ։


 Փաստաբանը գործող իշխանությունների վարքագիծը բնութագրել է որպես քաղաքական թուլության դրսևորում՝ ընդգծելով, որ նման կառավարման հետևանքները ձեռնտու են ոչ թե Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին, այլ նրա հակառակորդներին։ Այս իրավիճակում, ըստ նրա, իրավունքի և օրենքի գերակայությունը զիջում է տեղը քաղաքական հաշվարկներին, ինչը խիստ վտանգավոր է պետության ապագայի համար։


 Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամը տեղեկացրել է, որ արդեն դիմել են Եվրամիությանը և Միացյալ Նահանգներին՝ ներկայացնելով բողոքներ Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ եկեղեցու նկատմամբ իրականացվող հակաիրավական գործողությունների վերաբերյալ։ Նա վստահեցրել է, որ իրենք հետևողական են լինելու և կիրառելու են իրավական պաշտպանության բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանի իրավունքների պաշտպանության համար։


 Իր խոսքը եզրափակելով՝ փաստաբանը հստակ ուղերձ է հղել հանրությանը՝ կոչ անելով չմոլորվել և չհամակերպվել ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ, քանի որ Հայաստանում այսօր կատարվողը որևէ իրավական հիմք չունի և չի կարող արդարացվել ժողովրդավարության անվան տակ։


 Գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի, ինչպես նաև Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու դեմ տարվող այս արշավը, իսկ արևմտյան կառույցների լռությունը, ավելի ու ավելի են խորացնում կասկածները, որ ժողովրդավարությունը կամ փոխարինվել է այլ անվանումով, կամ կանգնած է լիակատար վախճանի առաջ։
