Ինչպե՞ս է առաջացել կյանքը Երկրի վրա. նոր փորձերը հաստատում են «ՌՆԹ աշխարհի» հիպոթեզը

Գիտության գլխավոր հանելուկներից մեկն այն է, թե ինչպես են երիտասարդ Երկրի վրա հայտնվել ինքնավերարտադրման ընդունակ առաջին մոլեկուլները: «ՌՆԹ աշխարհի» հիպոթեզը ենթադրում է, որ ռիբոնուկլեինաթթուն (ՌՆԹ) առանցքային դեր է խաղացել կյանքի ծագման գործում: Ճապոնացի և ամերիկացի կենսաքիմիկոսների նոր փորձերն ամրապնդում են այս գաղափարը. ՌՆԹ-ն կարող էր ձևավորվել բնական ճանապարհով մոլորակի ծննդից ընդամենը 200 միլիոն տարի անց:

Ի՞նչ է «ՌՆԹ աշխարհը»

ՌՆԹ-ն ԴՆԹ-ի ավելի պարզ «զարմիկն» է: Այն կատարում է երեք կարևոր գործառույթ՝ փոխանցում է գենետիկական տեղեկատվությունը (իՌՆԹ), կառուցում է ռիբոսոմներ սպիտակուցների սինթեզի համար (ռՌՆԹ) և անմիջականորեն հավաքում է սպիտակուցները (փՌՆԹ): Իր հարաբերական պարզության պատճառով ՌՆԹ-ն համարվում է առաջին ինքնավերարտադրվող մոլեկուլի դերի լավագույն թեկնածուն:

«ՌՆԹ աշխարհի» սցենարում վաղ միաբջիջ օրգանիզմները ԴՆԹ-ի փոխարեն օգտագործում էին ՌՆԹ՝ գեները պահպանելու և պատճենելու համար: Խնդիրն այն էր, թե ինչպես է ՌՆԹ-ն առաջացել քիմիական ռեակցիաների քաոսից. պատահական ձևավորման հավանականությունը թվում էր չնչին:

Բեկումնային լաբորատոր փորձեր

Տոհոկուի համալսարանի (Ճապոնիա) և Կիրառական մոլեկուլային էվոլյուցիայի հիմնադրամի (Ֆլորիդա) թիմը՝ Յուտա Հիրակավայի ղեկավարությամբ, իրականացրել է փորձ, որը նմանակում է վաղ Երկրի պայմանները ստորջրյա հիդրոթերմալ աղբյուրների մոտ:

Գիտնականները խառնել են ՌՆԹ-ի «բաղադրիչները»՝ հնգածխածնային շաքար ռիբոզը, ֆոսֆատները, չորս նուկլեոհիմքերը (ադենին, գուանին, ցիտոզին, ուրացիլ), ավելացրել են բորատներ և բազալտ: Խառնուրդը տաքացրել են և չորացրել, ինչի արդյունքում ձևավորվել է ՌՆԹ:

Կարևոր անակնկալն այն էր, որ բորատները ոչ թե խանգարում էին, ինչպես նախկինում կարծում էին, այլ օգնում էին: Դրանք կայունացնում էին անկայուն ռիբոզը և նպաստում ֆոսֆատների առաջացմանը, ինչն առանցքային քայլ է «Ընդհատվող սինթեզի մոդելում» (Discontinuous Synthesis Model): Սա առաջին դեպքն է, երբ ՌՆԹ-ն ստացվել է լաբորատորիայում առանց ռեակցիաներին մարդու ուղղակի միջամտության:

Տիեզերական «առաքումների» դերը

Հիպոթեզը լրացվում է OSIRIS-REx առաքելության տվյալներով. Բեննու աստերոիդից բերված նմուշներում հայտնաբերվել են ՌՆԹ-ի բոլոր բաղադրիչները, ներառյալ ռիբոզը:

Հիրակավան և գործընկերները ենթադրում են, որ 4,3 միլիարդ տարի առաջ 500 կմ տրամագծով նախամոլորակի բախումը Երկրին բերել է այս նյութերը: Սա համընկնում է ժամանակագրության հետ. մոլորակի ձևավորումից 200 միլիոն տարի անց և կյանքի ամենահին հետքերից (ցիրկոններում ածխածնի իզոտոպներ՝ 4,1 մլրդ տարի առաջ) 200 միլիոն տարի առաջ: Նմանատիպ բախումներ եղել են նաև Մարսի վրա, որտեղ ևս բորատներ են հայտնաբերվել:

Ինչո՞ւ է սա փոխում պատկերը

Եթե ՌՆԹ-ն առաջացել է արագ և բնական ճանապարհով, դա նշանակում է, որ առաջին օրգանիզմների ձևավորման ճանապարհը շատ ավելի կարճ է եղել: ՌՆԹ-ն կյանք չէ, բայց այն գրեթե ողջ հայտնի կենսաբանության հիմքն է: Հետազոտությունը հրապարակվել է 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 15-ին Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences ամսագրում:

Նոր փորձերը ցույց են տվել, որ ՌՆԹ-ն կարող էր ձևավորվել վաղ Երկրի վրա բնական ճանապարհով՝ բորատների առկայությամբ: Բաղադրիչները մոտ 4,3 միլիարդ տարի առաջ հասցրել են Բեննուի նման աստերոիդները: Սա ամրապնդում է «ՌՆԹ աշխարհի» հիպոթեզը՝ որպես կամուրջ դեպի առաջին բջիջներ, և բացատրում է, թե ինչու է կյանքը հայտնվել համեմատաբար արագ:
