Տարօրինակ զարգացումներ երկաթուղու շուրջ

Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից 2026 թվականի հունվարի 15-ին իրականացվել է Երասխ-Սադարակ երկաթուղային հատվածի ենթակառուցվածքի ընթացիկ վիճակի համատեղ զննում։ ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության փոխանցմամբ նշված զննման նպատակն էր գնահատել տվյալ երկաթուղային հատվածի տեխնիկական պիտանելիությունը հատուկ երկաթուղային շինարարական տեխնիկայի շարժի ապահովման համար՝ ենթակառուցվածքի վերականգնման համապատասխան համալիր միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու նպատակով։Կատարված զննման շրջանակներում կողմերը մտքեր են փոխանակել տվյալ հատվածում երկաթուղային ենթակառուցվածքի տեխնիկական վիճակի գնահատման հարցերի շուրջ։

Հիշեցնենք, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ցանկանում են երկաթուղին գործարկել Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի միջև, բայց մեկ տարբերությամբ, որ այն չհանձնեն ռուսական կոնցեսիոն կառավարմանը։ Դեռևս օրեր առաջ Փաշինյանը ռուսական երկաթուղու վերաբերյալ մտահոգություններ էր հայտնել։Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մոտ երեկ էլ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանն ակնկալում է, որ Ռուսաստանի գործընկերները որոշում կկայացնեն Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ Հայաստանի երկաթուղային կապի որոշ հատվածների վերականգնման մասով:

Հարցին, թե արդյոք Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ երկաթուղային կապի որոշ հատվածների վերանորոգման հարցի շուրջ ՌԴ-ին արված առաջարկի հետ կապված ՌԴ-ից արձագանք ստացե՞լ են, թե՞ ոչ, Փաշինյանը պատասխանել է. «Իհարկե, այդ հարցը քննարկվել է: Նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի հետ եմ առիթ ունեցել խոսել: Նաև Հայաստանի փոխվարչապետը Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետի հետ է առիթ ունեցել խոսել: Եվ մենք սպասում ենք Ռուսաստանի մեր գործընկերների արձագանքին»:

Բայց իրականում գործող իշխանություններին որևէ կերպ ձեռք չի տալիս, որ ռուսական կողմը ներգրավված լինի այս աշխատանքներին, այլ, ընդհակառակը, փորձում են ամեն ինչ անել ռուսական կողմին դուրս մղելու, «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու» կոնցեսիոն կառավարման պայմանագիրն էլ չեղարկելու նպատակով։
