Օրեր առաջ, Արմավիրի մարզի նախկին պատգամավոր, Ծառուկյան դաշինքի թեկնածու Հակոբ Հակոբյանը հարցազրույցներից մեկում ասել էր, որ եթե ՀՀԿ-ն հասկանա քարոզարշավի ընթացքում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մատնանշած 15 մլրդ դլոլար ներդրման անհրաժեշտությունը, ապա դրանից կоգտվի և այդ 15 մլրդ-ը կարող է դառնալ կոալիցիոն գործընկերության հիմք: Այս հայտարարության վերաբերյալ Slaq.am-ը զրուցեց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մամուլի խոսնակ Իվետա Տոնոյանի հետ , ով հատկանշեց հետևյալը. «Իմ համար առավել քան անհասկանալի են նման ժամանակավրեպ հայտարարությունները, քանի որ պարոն Ծառուկյանը նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ընթացքում առավել քան հստակ և երկրորդ կարծիք չենթադրող հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել , առ այն, որ 15 մլրդ դոլարի ներդրումները Հայաստանում կիրականացվեն արտասահմանյան իր գործընկերների կողմից միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ որ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը կստանա ընտրողների վստահության մեծամասնությունը, այսինքն՝ 50+1: Եվ եթե մենք հնարավորություն ունենայինք միանձնյա իշխանություն ձևավորելու, կարծում եմ ավելի քան հստակ է հայտարարությունն արված եղել և որևէ այլ ենթադրության հիմք և տեղ չի թողել, իսկ նմանատիպ հայտարարությունները ժամանակավրեպ են, ինչպես արդեն ասացի: Առանց այն էլ պարոն Ծառուկյանի բազմաթիվ գործընկերներ տարիների ընթացքում , հիմնված վերջինիս նկատմամբ ունեցած անձնական վստահության վրա, տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում և տարբեր ոլորտներում այսպես թե այնպես տարբեր ներդրումներ իրականացրել են. իսկ կոնկրեն այս 15 մլրդ դոլար ներդրման նախապայմանը առավել քան հստակ մատնանշվել է քաղաքական մեծամասնություն կազմելու դեպքում էր միայն հնարավոր: Խորհուրդ կտամ բոլոր «շահագրգիռ» կողմերին ձեռնպահ մնալ ենթադրություններից, մեկնաբանություններից և շահարկումներից. Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ավելին քան վստահ այս հարցին արդեն իսկ անդրադարձել է» ,-ընդգծեց Իվետա Տոնոյանը:
