Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը ժամանակ է շահում իր համար, խաղում է Թրամփի վարչակազմի հետ և օգտագործում է «խաղաղության» քարտը. ադրբեջանագետ

Հունվարի 5-ի երեկոյան Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը երեք ժամանոց հարցազրույց էր կազմակերպել տեղական լրատվամիջոցների հետ։ Սա արդեն ավանդական դարձած հարցազրույցի ձևաչափ է, որով Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը մեկնարկում է տարին։ Հարցազրույցի շրջանակներում երևում են Ադրբեջանի նպատակները, դիվանագիտական խաղերը, նաև՝ թույլ կողմերը։ Այս մասին գրել է ադրբեջանագետ Տաթև Հայրապետյանը:

«Կարճ անդրադառնամ շատ երկար հարցազրույցին՝ հիմնական կետերով՝

Առաջիկայում Ադրբեջանը փորձելու է խաղարկել «խաղաղության քարտը»։ Բենզինի թեման ու ՀՀ ներկայիս ղեկավարության քայլերը դրան նպաստում են։ Դրան զուգահեռ այդ երկրի ղեկավարի ուղիղ հրահանգով շարունակվում է ՀՀ-ն որպես «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» ներկայացնելու հստակ զավթողական ծրագիրը։

Թեև Ալիևը հայտարարում է, որ պատերազմ չի ուզում, բայց զավթողական ծրագրի աննախադեպ ակտիվացումը, դրան զուգահեռ շատ ակտիվ ռազմականացումը, մեղմ ասած, խաղաղության մասին չեն խոսում։ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը հարցազրույցում մանրամասն անդրադառնում է ռազմականացման կարևորությանը։

Նա շարունակում է գովաբանել պատերազմը և ներկայացնել Հայաստանը որպես «ցեղասպան պետություն»։

Ալիևը փորձում է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» ներկայացնել որպես կատարված փաստ, ինչը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ Կարծում եմ՝ նա պարզապես ուզում է ցույց տալ, որ հասել է իր նպատակներին։ Նա նաև ազդանշան է տալիս, որ եթե այս «միջանցքը» չբացվի, ինքը սահմանները փակ կպահի։ Իր ծրագրի համաձայն՝ իրական ապաշրջափակում երբեք տեղի չի ունենա։

Ալիևը փորձում է Հայաստանը ներկայացնել որպես Ռուսաստանի դաշնակից, որն ենթադրաբար օգնում է խուսափել պատժամիջոցներից։ Զավեշտն այն է, որ հենց Ադրբեջանն է այդպես անում, ու բոլորին, հատկապես ԵՄ անդամ երկրներին, դա շատ լավ հայտնի է։

Ինձ համար շատ հետաքրքիր էր տեսնել, որ Ալիևը փաստացի խուսանավում է պատասխանել օկուպացված Արցախը ադրբեջանցիներով բնակեցնելու հարցին։ Այն, որ այդ խնդրում նա լուրջ խնդիրների հետ է առերեսվում, ես ավելի վաղ անդրադարձել էի իմ հարցազրույցներում։

Ալիևը հայտարարում է, որ միջազգային իրավունք չկա, իսկ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ պատերազմի չշարունակությունը նա փորձում է ներկայացնել որպես բարի կամքի դրսևորում, ինչը մենք բոլորս գիտենք, որ ճիշտ չէ։

Հետաքրքիր արձանագրում է ինձ համար, որ Ալիևը հասկանում է, որ ապագան տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների և տվյալների կենտրոնների հիմնադրման մեջ է։ Այդ առումով փորձում է առաջ մղել Ադրբեջանի թեկնածությունը մեր տարածաշրջանում։ Բայց նա այդ առումով կձախողի, եթե Հայաստանը խելացի աշխատի, քանի որ մենք շատ ավելի պատրաստված ենք մեր ռեսուրսներով։

Ամփոփելով ասեմ՝ ըստ իս՝ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը ժամանակ է շահում իր համար, խաղում է Թրամփի վարչակազմի հետ և օգտագործում է «խաղաղության» քարտը, բայց այդ ամենը ժամանակավոր է, նրա ծրագրերն այլ են, որոնց մասին ես պարբերաբար խոսում եմ և փաստերով ցույց տալիս»,- գրել  է նա:
