Գիտնականները պարզել են, թե ինչու է մարդու ուղեղն ինքնատիպ բջջային մակարդակում

Մարդու ուղեղը զարմանալի եւ բարդ օրգան է, որն ապահովում է բազմաթիվ ինքնատիպ ունակություններ եւ վարքագծեր, որոնք չեն նկատվում այլ կենդանիների մոտ։ Դարեր շարունակ գիտնականները փորձել են հասկանալ, թե ինչն է մարդկային ուղեղը դարձնում հատուկ եւ ինչպես է այն զարգանում կյանքի ընթացքում։

Տեխնոլոգիական եւ փորձարարական վերջին ձեռքբերումները նոր ուղիներ են բացել նեյրոգիտության համար՝ հնարավորություն տալով ավելի մանրամասն նկարագրել ուղեղը եւ դրա գործընթացները: Այդ ջանքերն օգնում են ավելի լավ հասկանալ տարբեր նեյրոհոգեբուժական եւ նեյրոզարգացման խանգարումների մեխանիզմները։

Պեկինի մանկավարժական համալսարանի, Չանպինի լաբորատորիայի եւ այլ ինստիտուտների հետազոտողները համեմատել են մարդկանց եւ մակակների ուղեղի զարգացումը՝ օգտագործելով գենետիկական եւ մոլեկուլային մեթոդներ: Նրանց աշխատանքը, որը հրապարակվել է Nature Neuroscience ամսագրում, ցույց է տվել, որ մարդու նախաճակատային կեղեւը զարգանում է ավելի դանդաղ, քան մակակներինը:

Գիտնականները նախաճակատային կեղեւի հյուսվածքի նմուշներ են հավաքել էպիլեպսիա ունեցող երեխաներից (պլանային վիրահատությունների ժամանակ) եւ տարբեր փուլերում գտնվող մակակներից՝ նրանց ծնվելուց հետո: Նրանք ուսումնասիրել են գեների էքսպրեսիան առանձին բջիջներում, քրոմատինի հասանելիությունը եւ գեների բաշխումը հյուսվածքներում՝ օգտագործելով տարածական տրանսկրիպտոմիկան:

Վերլուծությունը ցույց է տվել, որ մարդու նախաճակատային կեղեւն ավելի դանդաղ է զարգանում, եւ գլիալ նախորդները՝ բջիջները, որոնցից առաջանում են գլիալ բջիջները, ավելի ակտիվ են բաժանվում, քան մակակների մոտ: Բացի այդ՝ նույնականացվել են բջջային տեսակները եւ զարգացման գծերը, որոնք առավել խոցելի են նեյրոզարգացման եւ նեյրոհոգեբուժական խանգարումների նկատմամբ՝ մարդուն բնորոշ տրանսկրիպցիոն գործոնների էքսպրեսիայի առանձնահատկություններով:

Հետազոտողները հայտնաբերել են մարդկանց բնորոշ կարգավորիչ ծրագրեր, որոնք երկարացնում են կեղեւի հետծննդյան հասունացումը՝ նեյրոնների եւ գլիայի համակարգված զարգացման միջոցով: Այս հայտնագործություններն օգնում են բացատրել ուղեղի ֆունկցիայի տարբերությունները մարդկանց եւ պրիմատների միջեւ եւ կարող են լույս սփռել որոշակի խանգարումների ժամանակ խաթարված մոլեկուլային գործընթացների վրա։

Ապագայում հետազոտության արդյունքները կարող են նպաստել մարդու ուղեղի զարգացման ավելի խոր ըմբռնմանը եւ նեյրոզարգացման եւ նեյրոհոգեբուժական խանգարումների կանխարգելման եւ բուժման նոր ռազմավարությունների հայտնաբերմանը։
