Հայաստանի ընտրություններում ռումինա-մոլդովական սցենարի վտանգի մասին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ria.ru–ն «Փորձագետը խոսել է Հայաստանի ընտրություններում ռումինական սցենարի վտանգի մասին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Եվրամիությունը մտադիր է կրկնել մոլդովական և ռումինական սցենարները Հայաստանի 2026 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ներկայիս իշխանությունը պահպանելու համար, երբ սահմանափակվում է ընդդիմության՝ ընտրարշավին մասնակցելը, ria.ru–ին ասել է հայ քաղաքագետ Բենիամին Մաթևոսյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով ԵՄ-ի՝ ընտրություններից առաջ «արտաքին միջամտության» դեմ պայքարելու համար Երևանին միջոցներ հատկացնելու որոշումը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 2-ին ԵՄ արտաքին գործերի գերագույն ներկայացուցիչ Կայա Կալլասը հայտարարել է, որ ԵՄ-ն Հայաստանին կհատկացնի 15 միլիոն եվրո՝ «կայուն խաղաղության և ավելի դիմացկուն Հայաստանի համար»։ Նրա խոսքով, այդ միջոցները կօգտագործվեն տարբեր նախաձեռնությունների համար, այդ թվում՝ ականազերծման դասընթացների և սարքավորումների, տարածաշրջանում վստահության ամրապնդման միջոցառումների, ինչպես նաև «արտաքին միջամտության բացահայտման, վերլուծության և դրանց արձագանքման համար»։ «Եվրամիությունը մտադիր է Հայաստանում կրկնել այն, ինչ արեց Մոլդովայում և Ռումինիայում։ Մոլդովայում նրանք աջակցեցին իշխանություններին, երբ արգելեցին ամբողջ քաղաքական խմբերի և քաղաքական գործիչների՝ մասնակցել ընտրություններին։ Ռումինիայում նրանք ավելի հեռուն գնացին, նրանք պարզապես չեղյալ հայտարարեցին ընտրությունների արդյունքները, երբ հաղթեց այն սխալ թեկնածուն, ով հավատարմություն չէր ցուցաբերում Բրյուսելի քաղաքականությանը», - հայտարարել է Մաթևոսյանը։

Նա կարծում է, որ նույնը, հավանաբար, նախատեսված է նաև Հայաստանի համար։ «Սա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունները աշխարհաքաղաքական քարտ-բլանշ ունեն գործելու իրենց ընտրած ցանկացած ձևով», - ասել է փորձագետը։

Նրա խոսքով, ուշագրավ է նաև այն, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները աջակցություն ունեն ոչ միայն պաշտոնական Բրյուսելից, այլ նաև պաշտոնական Բաքվից և Անկարայից, և նրանց նախընտրական շրջանում կտրամադրվեն տարբեր բոնուսներ։ «Նման բոնուսներից մեկը, օրինակ՝ ադրբեջանական վառելիքի տարանցումն է Վրաստանի միջով դեպի Հայաստան։ Այլ կերպ ասած՝ Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի և Բրյուսելի գործոնները կարևորագույն նշանակություն կունենան Հայաստանում կայանալիք ընտրությունների ժամանակ», - ընդգծել է քաղաքագետը։
