Հայկական կողմը հաստատել է, որ ադրբեջանական նավթ են ուզում գնել

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները օրեր անց միայն հաստատել են, որ Գաբալայում Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետ Շահին Մուստաֆաևի հետ հանդիպմանը քննարկվել է Ադրբեջանից Հայաստան նավթի ու նավթամթերքի արտահանման հարցը։ Փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը հաստատել է, որ քննարկումներ եղել են, համագործակցության հնարավորություններ կան։

Հարցին, թե ադրբեջանական վառելիքի ներկրման ի՞նչ ծավալների մասին է խոսքը, հայաստանյան ո՞ր ընկերություններն են մտադիր Ադրբեջանից նավթ գնել և ի՞նչ շրջանակում է Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ նավթ ու նավթամթերքներ վաճառել Հայաստանին, Մհեր Գրիգորյանը պատասխանել է, թե այդ հարցն արդեն մասնավոր արտահանողների և ներկրողների համագործակցության տիրույթում է, իսկ հնարավոր գործարքների պայմանները լինելու են շուկայական։

Այն, որ Երևանն ու Բաքուն քննարկում են Ադրբեջանից Հայաստան նավթի ու նավթամթերքի արտահանման հարցը, հայ հասարակությունը, սովորույթի համաձայն, տեղեկացավ Ադրբեջանի կողմից․ անցած շաբաթ այդ մասին հայտարարել էր Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը։ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի հաստատումից հետո միայն էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը հայտնել է, որ այս պահին կան «կոնկրետ ընկերություններ», որոնք հետաքրքրված են ադրբեջանական վառելիքի ներկրմամբ, բանակցություններ են սկսել ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ։

Հայաստանյան բենզինի շուկայում առաջատար մի քանի ընկերություններ կան՝ «Սիփիէս էներջի գրուպը», «Ֆլեշը», «Մաքս օյլը» և իշխանական պատգամավոր Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի ընտանիքին պատկանող «ՍԻԼ կապիտալի» մեջ մտնող «Մեգաթրեյդ» ընկերությունը։ Ի դեպ, այս ընկերությանը է պատկանում նաև վերջերս շուկա մտած «Գալֆ Արմենիայի» 50 %-ը։ Այս չորս ընկերություններն էլ առայժմ ոչ հերքել, ոչ հաստատել են, որ իրենք էլ շահագրգռված են ադրբեջանական նավթի ներկրմամբ։

Ամեն դեպքում հրաշալի հասկանում են, որ բացեիբաց այդ մասին հայտարարելը լուրջ վարկանիշային հարված կարող է լինել իրենց համար, բայց խոշոր բիզնեսը հայրենիք չի ճանաչում և հանուն ավելի շատ գումար վաստակելու դեմ չի լինի համագործակցել ադրբեջանցիների հետ։ Առաջիկայում, իհարկե, հայտնի կդառնա, թե որ ընկերությունն է առավել շահագրգռված։ Ըստ մամուլի՝ Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանը ամենևին էլ դեմ չէ Ադրբեջանից նավթամթերքներ ներկրելուն։
