Աշխարհի առաջին բեռնատար նավը, որը ծածկված է արևային վահանակներով, պատրաստ է նավարկության

Արևային ֆերման, որը սովորաբար հանդիպում է ցամաքում, հասել է օվկիանոսային բեռնափոխադրումների ոլորտ, գրում է 3dnews.ru–ն: Նիդեռլանդներում ստանդարտ բեռնատար նավ է առաջին անգամ հագեցվել արևային վահանակներով: Վահանակները նախապես տեղադրվել են տախտակամածի վրա ստանդարտ կոնտեյներային ամրակներով: Արդյունքում ծալովի կառուցվածքը կարող է հանվել մեկ աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում և պահվել ստանդարտ 20 ոտնաչափ կոնտեյների մեջ: Տեղադրելու դոպքում վահանակները տարածվում են տախտակամածի վրա ստանդարտ կոնտեյներային ամրակներով: Տախտակամածի արևային ֆերման բաղկացած է 44 վահանակից և արտադրում է մինչև 79 կՎտ հզորություն: Այն ապահովում է նավի վրա գտնվող էլեկտրական համակարգերի՝ նավիգացիոն գործիքներից մինչև լուսավորություն և օդորակում, էներգիայի պահանջարկի մոտ 20%-ը: Դրանով փոխարինվում են նույն նպատակների համար օգտագործվող դիզելային գեներատորները: Տարիների ընթացքում շահագործման արդյունքում կկատարվեն զգալի խնայողություններ և կնվազեն արտանետումները:

Վահանակները անհրաժեշտ կլինեն հանել միայն տախտակամածի վրա կոնտեյներներ տեղափոխելիս։ Եթե բեռը մեծածավալ է և տեղավորվոում է բեռնախցիկում, իսկ նավի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը 7280 տոննա է, վահանակները նույնիսկ անհրաժեշտ չէ հանել։ Աղի ջրի ցողումը հեշտությամբ հոսում է վահանակների մակերեսից, և, ինչպես ցույց է տվել փորձը, հետո աղը սրբելու կարիք չկա, այն պարզապես չի կպչում վահանակի ծածկույթին։

Վերտոմ ընկերության դիզելային-էլեկտրական նավի՝ MV Vertom Tula-ի տախտակամածի վրա վահանակների տեղադրումը տևել է ընդամենը մեկ աշխատանքային օր։ Դրան նախորդել է նավամատույցի մոտ մեկամսյա փորձարկում, որին նախորդել են երեք տարվա մշակման և նախագծման աշխատանքները։ Նախագիծը մշակվել և իրականացվել է Ռոտերդամում գտնվող հոլանդական Wattlab ընկերության կողմից։ Եվրոպական հիմնադրամն է մասամբ ֆինանսավորել այդ նախագիծը։ Այժմ նավը կփորձարկի համակարգի աշխատանքը նավարկության պայմաններում։
