Անօդաչուները հարվածել են ամենամեծ ՆՎԳ-ներից մեկին կենտրոնական Ռուսաստանում

Անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը հարվածել են կենտրոնական Ռուսաստանի խոշորագույն նավթավերամշակման գործարաններից մեկին։

Ուկրաինական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը գրոhել են Յարոսլավլը դեկտեմբերի 12-ի գիշերը։ Քաղաքը ցնցել է մոտ յոթ պայթյուն, որին հաջորդել է ծխի սյուն, այն բարձրացել է մեկ թաղամասի վրա, Shot-ին պատմել են տեղի բնակիչները։ Դրանից առաջ Յարոսլավլի մարզային իշխանությունները նախազգուշացրել են թռիչքների արգելքի մասին, սակայն գրոհի հետեւանքների մասին պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն չեն տրամադրել։ Astra-ի տվյալներով՝ անօդաչուների թիրախը Նովո-Յարոսլավսկի նավթավերամշակման գործարանն է եղել («Սլավնեֆտ-ՅԱՆՈՍ»  հանրային ԲԸ)։ «Аргументы и факты»-ն նույնպես հայտնել է նավթավերամշակման գործարանում բռնկված խոշոր հրդեհի մասին։ Արտակարգ իրավիճակի պատճառով փակվել է Մոսկովյան պողոտայի մի մասը, ինչպես նաեւ քաղաքի մուտքի մոտ գտնվող M-8 մայրուղու մի հատվածը։

Նովո-Յարոսլավսկի նավթավերամշակման գործարանը կենտրոնական Ռուսաստանի խոշորագույն նավթավերամշակման գործարաններից է, որը մտնում է երկրի հինգ խոշորագույն նավթավերամշակման գործարանների շարքը։ Հիմնական նավթավերամշակման հզորությունը տարեկան 15 միլիոն տոննա է։ Գործարանը պատկանում է ուղղահայաց ինտեգրված «Սլավնեֆտ» ընկերությանը, որի բաժնետոմսերի 99.7 տոկոսը հավասարապես վերահսկվում են «Ռոսնեֆտ»-ի եւ «Գազպրոմ»-ի կողմից: Գործարանը նախկինում եւս ենթարկվել է ուկրաինական անօդաչուների գրոհին: Վերջին գրոհը տեղի է ունեցել հոկտեմբերի 1-ին: Հրդեհը մարելու համար պահանջվել է գրեթե չորս ժամ: « Reuters-ի տվյալներով՝ հրդեհը տեղի է ունեցել մազութի վակուումային թորման կայանում:

Սա ռուսական ՆՎԳ-ի դեմ երկրորդ գրոհն է դեկտեմբերի սկզբից: Նախկինում՝ դեկտեմբերի 5-ին, հարված է հասցվել «Ռոսնեֆտ»-ին պատկանող «Սիզրան» նավթավերամշակման գործարանին: Արդյունքում՝ գործարանը դադարեցրել է վերամշակումը՝ տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների վնասման պատճառով, հայտնել են Reuters-ի աղբյուրները: Գործակալության աղբյուրներից մեկը հայտնել է, որ վերանորոգումները կտեւեն մինչեւ դեկտեմբերի վերջ: «Սիզրան» նավթավերամշակման գործարանի դեմ գրոհը վերջին երեք ամիսների ընթացքում վեցերորդն է: Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ հակաօդային պաշտպանության տագնապի համակարգերը գիշերը ոչնչացրել են ուկրաինական 90 ինքնաթիռատիպ անօդաչու թռչող սարք: Մեծ մասը՝ 63 անօդաչու, խփվել է Բրյանսկի մարզում, որին հաջորդել են ութը՝ Յարոսլավլի մարզում, չորսը՝ Մոսկվայի մարզում, երեքական՝ Սմոլենսկի եւ Տվերի մարզերում, երկուական՝ Տամբովի եւ Տուլայի մարզերում, եւ մեկական՝ Օրյոլի եւ Ռոստովի մարզերում։ Եվս երեք անօդաչու թռչող սարք խփվել է Սեւ ծովի վրա։
