Երկու զգուշացում Մոսկվայից

Հայաստանը ինչ-որ պահի ստիպված է լինելու ընտրություն կատարել Եվրոպական միության և Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միջև, երկու դաշինքներում միաժամանակ մնալը անհնար է։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը, նշելով, որ անդամակցությունը երկու ինտեգրացիոն միավորումներին անհամատեղելի է։

«Ինչ-որ պահի Հայաստանի ժողովուրդը ստիպված կլինի համապատասխան ընտրություն կատարել»,- ասել է նա։ Ըստ Օվերչուկի, Հայաստանն ու Ռուսաստանը լավ կապեր են պահպանում, սակայն առևտրաշրջանառությունը այս տարի զգալիորեն նվազել է։ Եթե նախորդ տարի 2 երկրների միջև առևտուրը կազմել է 12․4 միլիարդ դոլար, այս տարի այն լավագույնը կկազմի 6 միլիարդ դոլար։ Ըստ ռուսական կողմի՝ ռուսական բիզնեսները զգուշանում են Հայաստանի հետ աշխատելուց։ Չի բացառվում, որ նույնիսկ ռուսական բիզնեսը ճնշումների է ենթարկում ռուսական իշխանությունների կողմից, որոնց պարտադրում են չաշխատել Հայաստանի հետ, ինչը լիովին տեղավորվում է Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների քաղաքականության շրջանակներում, որոնք դժգոհություն են հայտնում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ձեռնարկած քայլերից։ Մեկ այլ զգուշացում էլ Հայաստանին արվել է Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ից։

Մարիա Զախարովան նշել է, թե Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ ՀԱՊԿ լիիրավ անդամ՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր իրավունքներով և պարտավորություններով, իսկ կազմակերպության աշխատանքին Երևանի լիարժեք մասնակցության վերսկսման համար ոչ մի խոչընդոտ չկա։ «Մենք տեսել ենք և շարունակում ենք յուրօրինակ բառախաղ տեսնել՝ մե՛կ ՀԱՊԿ–ն իբր դուրս է եկել Հայաստանից, մե՛կ Հայաստանն է դուրս գալիս ՀԱՊԿ-ից։ Հայաստանի ղեկավարության առանձին ներկայացուցիչներ նման հայտարարություններ են հնչեցնում », - նշել է Զախարովան, հավելել, թե սառեցման տարբերակ ՀԱՊԿ-ում գոյություն չունի։ Հիշեցնենք, 2024 թվականի փետրվարին Երևանը հայտարարեց, որ սառեցրել է իր մասնակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին, դրանից հետո ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքից մի քանի անգամ զգուշացումներ են արվել Երևանին, որոնք, թերևս, առանձնապես լուրջ չեն ընկալվել։

Ընդհակառակը, վերջին շրջանում Երևանից կրկին հայտարարություններ են հնչում։ Ռուսական կողմը դեռևս կշարունակի որոշակի զգուշացումներ անել, քանի դեռ հայկական կողմի հետ փորձում է պահպանել կապերը, բայց և այս իրավիճակը երկար շարունակվել չի կարող։ Ուշագրավ է, որ այս երկու զգուշացումն էլ արվում է, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գտնվում է Մոսկվայում։ Վերջինիս, նշենք, տեղավորել էին Լյուբյանկայի տեսարանով հյուրանոցում։ Իսկ ռուսները սիմվոլիզմը շատ են սիրում։
