Բաքուն գնալով լկտիանում է

Օրերս Բրյուսելում ստորագրված Եվրամիություն–Հայաստան ռազմավարական օրակարգի մասին փաստաթուղթը հարուցել է Բաքվի դժգոհությունը։ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ նշելով, որ այդ փաստաթուղթը հակասում է Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության օրակարգին, ավելին՝ Երևանից ու Բրյուսելից պահանջել է արդեն իսկ ստորագրված փաստաթղթից հեռացնել իրենց դուր չեկած ձևակերպումները։ Բաքվի ձևակերպմամբ՝ նախկին հակամարտությունը վերակենդանացնող տարրերը լուրջ կասկածի տակ են դնում Հայաստանի մտադրությունները, չեն արտացոլում ներկայիս իրականությունը։ Ադրբեջանը զգուշացրել է, թե ուշադիր հետևելու է զարգացումներին և իր եզրակացություններն է անելու։

Հատկապես դժգոհել են փաստաթղթում «Ղարաբաղի փախստական հայերի տեղահանություն» ձևակերպումից, հայ գերիների մասին հիշատակումից, նաև պահանջել են հեռացնել Եվրամիության դիտորդական առաքելությունը, որը նրանք անվանել են լրտեսություն իրականացնող մարմին։ Պաշտոնական Երևանը որևէ կերպ չի մեկնաբանել Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ այս հայտարարությունը, իսկ փաստաթուղթը, նշենք, չափազանց մեղմ ձևակերպումներով է, և Ադրբեջանի այս հանկարծակի լկտիացումը ընդամենը խոսում է մեկ բանի մասին, որ Հայաստանի իշխանություններից բոլորովին այլ բան են ակնկալել և այժմ այլ բան են ստանում։

Ու քանի դեռ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները շարունակելու են լռել, չպատասխանել Ադրբեջանից հնչող հայտարարություններին, Բաքուն շարունակելու է նույն ոգով՝ գիտակցաբար վնասելով խաղաղության օրակարգին, ինչը, նշենք, ամենևին էլ չի տեղավորվում Ադրբեջանի օրակարգում։ Քանի դեռ Փաշինյանն իշխանության է, Բաքուն փորձում է մինչև խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ հնարավորինս շատ բան պոկել Հայաստանից՝ հրաշալի գիտակցելով, որ Փաշինյանի հետագա պաշտոնավարումը կասկածի տակ է դրված։ Իսկ ՀՀ նոր իշխանության պարագայում իր ցանկալի արդյունքները ստանալ չի կարողանալու, և հենց սա է պատճառը, որ Ադրբեջանից նման հայտարարություններ են հնչում, իսկ Երևանից էլ պարզապես ձկան պես լուռ են։
