Ստի ու մանիպուլյացիայի նոր դոզա Փաշինյանից

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը վերջապես հրապարակեց ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացին առնչվող պետական գերատեսչություններում առկա մի շարք փաստաթղթեր, ընդ որում, ինչպես և վայել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու իր թիմին, այս անգամ ևս զերծ չեն մնացել ստելու և մանիպուլացնելու իրենց քաղաքականությունից։ Հիշեցնենք, Փաշինյանը, ով պարբերաբար տեսաուղերձներ է հղում նախկին նախագահներին, պահանջելով իր հետ դեմ առ դեմ բանավիճել, 10 ամիս առաջ հանձնարարել էր գույքագրել «ԱԳՆ-ում առկա ղարաբաղյան բանակցային թղթերը»։

Նախագահների կողմից մերժում ստանալուց հետո էլ սպառնացել էր մինչև տարվա վերջ հրապարակել բոլոր բանակցային փաստաթղթերը։ Բայց հրապարակած փաստաթղթերը կիսատ են, մի զգալի մասը չի էլ հրապարակվել, ընդ որում, հրապարակված փաստաթղթերում չկա Քի-Վեսթի տարբերակը, իսկ Մեղրիի և Ղարաբաղի փոխանակման տարբերակը պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթը չէ, այլ Փաշինյանին պատկանող «Հայկական ժամանակ»-ում 2008 թվականի արված հրապարակում։

Ըստ էության, փաստաթղթերի կիսատ հրապարակումը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդամենը փորձելու է օգտագործել խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ նախկին իշխանությունների վրա ցեխ շպրտելու համար։ Զուր չէ, որ փաստաթղթերի կիսահրապարակումից հետո «Քաղպայմանագրի» ներկայացուցիչները ոհմակով հարձակվել են ընդդիմության վրա տարատեսակ մեղքերի մեջ մեղադրելով։ Այդուհանդերձ, Փաշինյանը ստիպված է եղել հրապարակել 2019 թվականի փաստաթուղթը՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի առաջարկները, որոնց առկայությունը, ի դեպ, տևական ժամանակ գործող իշխանությունը հերքում էր։ Իսկ Հայ ազգային կոնգրեսը և ՀԱԿ փոխնախագահ Լևոն Զուրաբյանը պարբերաբար այդ մասին հայտնում էր, որ Փաշինյանը մերժել է նշված առաջարկները՝ Հայաստանը ներքաշելով պատերազմի մեջ։

Ըստ Զուրաբյանի, եթե 2019 թվականի փաստաթուղթն ընդունվեր, Հայաստանը կունենար խաղաղություն, ապաշրջափակում, դե-ֆակտո անկախ Արցախ, Քարվաճառի և Լաչինի նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն և միջազգային խաղաղարար ուժերի տեղակայում՝ Արցախի ամբողջ պարագծով, գումարած հինգ վերադարձվող շրջաններում արգելք ադրբեջանական ուժերի մուտքի նկատմամբ։ Այդուհանդերձ, փաստն այն է, որ նույնիսկ հրապարակված այս կիսատ փաստաթղթերով ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ հենց փաշինյանական իշխանությունն է ամեն ինչ արել բանակցային գործընթացը փակուղի մտցնելու, Հայաստանին և Արցախին պատերազմի մեջ ներքաշելու և ջախջախիչ ու խայտառակ պարտության համար։
