Եվրամիությունը Հայաստանում մոլդովական սցենար է գործարկում

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը երեկ Բրյուսելում նոր համագործակցության փաստաթուղթ է ստորագրել Եվրամիության պաշտոնյաների հետ։ Հայտարարված նպատակների և թիրախների մեջ առանցքայիններից մեկը Եվրամիության խոստումն է՝ 15 միլիոն եվրո հատկացնել Հայաստանին՝ հակառուսական քարոզչության համար։ Միրզոյանը նախ հանդիպել է Եվրամիության ընդլայնման հարցերով հանձնակատար Մարթա Կոսին, ով հայտարարել է, թե Ռուսաստանն ու իր արբանյակները ապատեղեկատվական արշավ են իրականացնում Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ և այդ մարտահրավերը հաղթահարելու համար 15 միլիոն եվրո է տրամադրվելու։ «Մենք տեսնում ենք նույն ցանցերը, որ օգտագործվել են Մոլդովայում, այսինքն, սցենարը նույնն է, ԵՄ ֆինանսավորումը կօգնի հայտնաբերել ու արձագանքել նման ազդեցություններին»,- իր հերթին ասել է Եվրամիության դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Կայա Կալասը՝ նշելով, որ այդ գումարն ուղղվելու է խաղաղությանը և ավելի դիմակայուն Հայաստանին։

Դիվանագիտական ձևակերպումներն ու վերամբարձ արտահայտությունները հանելով, սա ընդամենը նշանակում է, որ Եվրամիությունը հսկայական գումարներ է ծախսելու Հայաստանում մոլդովական սցենարի իրականացման նպատակով։ Դեռևս շաբաթներ առաջ մամուլում տեղեկություններ էին տարածվել, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները խորհրդատվական և քաղաքական աջակցություն են խնդրել Եվրամիությունից՝ մոլդովական սցենարը Հայաստանում իրականացնելու համար։ Եվ երեկ տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումն էլ հենց այդ  խնդրանքը բավարարելու համար էր։

Եվրամիությունը այդ գումարը հատկացնելու է տեղական լրատվամիջոցներին, ինչպես նաև մի շարք խմբերի, որոնք ժամանելու են Հայաստան՝ Փաշինյանին և իշխանական քարոզչամեքենային օգնություն ցուցաբերելու, նաև իրավաբանական ձեռնարկներ կազմելու, թե ինչպես խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ հետապնդումներ իրականացնեն տարբեր ընդդիմադիր ուժերի նկատմամբ։ Որոշ ուժերի էլ ընդհուպ փակելով, թույլ չտալով նրանց մասնակցությունը խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին, ինչպես տեղի ունեցավ Մոլդովայում։ Ըստ էության, Եվրամիությունը որոշել է ատամներով պաշտպանել Փաշինյանին և բոլորովին էլ, և մտադիր է աչք փակել նա բոլոր ապօրինություների վրա։
