Երկիրը առաջնորդվում է ոչ թե ռազմավարությամբ, այլ պատահական ասույթներով. Հրայր Կամենդատյան

 Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Վարչախմբի ղեկավարը առավոտյան դարձյալ ելույթ է ունենում իր փակ խմբային ալիքներում՝ հերթական անգամ հայտարարելով, թե իբր Հայաստանի համար «ամենակարևոր ուղղությունները տնտեսությունն ու սպորտն են»։ Այդ մի նախադասությունը լիովին բացահայտում է իշխանական մտածողության սահմանափակությունն ու պետության իրական չափերն ըմբռնելու բացակայությունը։

Սա ոչ թե պարզապես թերի պատկերացում է, այլ հրհռալու աստիճանի տգիտություն, որից երկար տարիներ հետո էլ մեր վնասված բանականությունը դժվար թե կարողանա լիովին ապաքինվել։

Ի՞նչ է ստացվում։ Մարդը, որը պարտավոր է տեսնել ամբողջական պետական համակարգ, ամբողջ օրը խրել է աչքն ինչ–որ երկու «պիտանի» թեմաների մեջ՝ կարծելով, թե այդքանով Հանրապետությունը ավարտվում է։
Բա մարդը՞։ Ո՞ր տեղն է մարդը նրա պատկերացրած առաջնահերթություններում։ Արդյո՞ք երկրի քաղաքացին, նրա արժանապատվությունը, նրա սոցիալական անվտանգությունը, նրա առողջությունն ու իրավունքները կարևոր չեն։

Բա անտառը՞, բնությունն ու հողը՞ — այն ամենը, ինչը հազարամյակներ պահել է այս երկիրը կանգուն։
Բա գիտությունը՞, մշակույթը՞, լեզուն ու կրթությունը՞, որոնք ձևավորում են ազգի դիմադրողականությունն ու ուղեղային ֆունդամենտը։

Վերջապես՝ բա հայրենիքը՞։

Այն հայրենիքը, որի համար այս իշխանությունը պարտավոր է հաշվի նստել ամեն մի օրվա, ամեն մի վտանգի ու ամեն մի մարտահրավերի հետ։

Փոխարենը տեսնում ենք դատարկաբանության մշտական տոնավաճառ։ Կեղծ կարևորության ցուցադրություն, որտեղ միևնույն անհիմն մտքերը բառացի դրվում են copy-paste ռեժիմով։ Եվ ամենավատն այն է, որ իր ձեռնասուն խմբակցությունը՝ չնայած այս ամբողջ մառազմին, շարունակում է ժամերով կանգնել ու լսել նույն անհո՛ս խոսքերը, նույն հոլովույթները, նույն անհեթեթ «ճամարտակությունները»։ Շաբաթ արշալույսին , գիշերվա կեսին, նստած են ու լսում են մի հայտարարություն, որը նույնիսկ տարրական պետական մտածողության տարր չի պարունակում։

Այս ամենը արդեն ոչ թե պատահական սխալների, այլ տգիտության հաղթական արշավի տեսք ունի։
Երկիրը առաջնորդվում է ոչ թե ռազմավարությամբ, այլ պատահական ասույթներով։ Ոչ թե գիտական մոտեցմամբ, այլ ցանկալի լոզունգներով։ Ոչ թե պետական պատասխանատվությամբ, այլ սոցցանցային PR–ով։

Եվ հենց այս անընդհատ կրկնվող դատարկությունը դառնում է պետական կառավարման հիմնական համային հավելումը՝ քաղցր, թեթև, բայց իրականում հիմնասյուները քայքայող։

Պետությունն այսպես չեն կառուցում։ Պետությունը չի դիմանում, եթե ղեկավարությունը իր առավոտները սկսում է ոչ թե երկրի խնդիրներից, այլ սեփական մտավարժանքներից։
 
Եվ որքան երկար շարունակվի այս մտածողությունը, այնքան ավելի արագ է խորանալու արժեքային անկումը, կառավարման անկարողությունը և հասարակության հիասթափությունը։

Այս մտավարժանքների հոգնեցուցիչ հեղեղի փոխարեն , թող մտածի ,թէ ինչու չի լսում Հայաքվեի առաջարկը թոշակների 50% բարձրացման վերաբերյալ։ Այ դա է կես միլիոն մարդու մտահոգում։
