Ծոց-Սև ծով միջանցքը Հայաստանի միջով․ Արմեն Գևորգյան

Սա մի նախագիծ է, որին ես անդրադառնում եմ արդեն 6 տարի, և այն ունի ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի աշխարհագրությունը փոխելու հսկա ներուժ։ Այն նշանակում է՝

• Հայաստանի ներգրավումը նոր տարանցիկ ճարտարապետության մեջ,

• Սյունիքի դերի ամրապնդումը,

• Ծոցի խոշոր նավահանգիստների շահագործումը Հայաստանի տարածքով,

• լոգիստիկ կենտրոնների և հանգույցների ստեղծումը։

Սա տրանսպորտային նախագիծ չէ։ Այն նոր հայկական ինքնության հիմքն է։ Այսօր բոլորը քննարկում են Հնդկաստան-Եվրոպա և Չինաստան-Եվրոպա միջանցքները։ Սակայն մենք պետք է հաշվի առնենք նաև մեկ այլ բան. Ծոցի երկրներից եկող բեռների ծավալները աճում են ավելի արագ, քան աշխարհի որևէ այլ վայրում։ Ծոց-Սև ծով միջանցքը ներկայացնում է Հայաստանի ռազմավարական մասնակցության որակապես նոր մակարդակ համաշխարհային մատակարարման շղթաներում:

Վրաստանն արդեն դարձել է Ծոցի երկների ներդրումների հիմնական շահառու՝ ենթակառուցվածքների, անշարժ գույքի, զբոսաշրջության և լոգիստիկայի ոլորտներում: Այս ներդրումները Ծոց-Սև ծով միջանցքի գաղափարը դարձնում են ոչ միայն տեսական, այլև գործնականում անխուսափելի: Հայաստանը կարող է դառնալ դրա կենտրոնական օղակը, եթե առաջարկի իր ենթակառուցվածքները, անվտանգությունը և կանխատեսելիությունը: Վրաստանում արաբական կապիտալը կարող է նաև աշխատել Հայաստանի օգտին:

Վաղը «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախագծի առաջարկով կներկայացեմ Հայաստանի և Արաբական աշխարհի համագործակցության ամբողջական հայեցակարգը։
