Ճիշտը «ցո՞ւլն» է. ինչպես ձախողվեց նախկին օմբուդսմենը

Մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպանի քաղաքական հայտը երկար էր պատրաստվում, տարիներ շարունակ խոսակցություններ էին շրջանառվում, որ Արման Թաթոյանը սեփական կուսակցությունն է ստեղծելու՝ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար, և կարող է, անգամ, լուրջ մրցակից լինել գործող իշխանություններին ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ նոր որակ բերելով քաղաքական դաշտ։ Ինքը՝ Թաթոյանն էլ բազմանշանակ լռություն պահպանելով, իր շուրջ որոշակի խորհրդավորության շղարշ էր ստեղծել, որոշակի վարկանիշ հավաքել։

Բայց «Միասնության թևեր» անունով նախաձեռնության հիմնադրման արարողության տապալումից հետո Թաթոյանը ոչ թե դասեր քաղեց, այլ որոշեց մտնել մի դաշտ, որտեղ պարզապես հօդս է ցնդեցնում իր մասին դրական պատկերացումները, իսկ արած հայտարարությունները որևէ հակափաստարկի չեն դիմանում։ Երեկ նա ասուլիս է տվել, հայտարարել, թե նախկին նախագահները պետք է լքեն քաղաքական դաշտը։ «Պաշտոնաթող նախագահներ, եթե դուք իսկապես ուզում եք, որպեսզի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պարտվի, ապա դուք չպետք է մասնակցեք 2026 թվականի ընտրությունների ընտրապայքարին: Երբ ընտրությունը կամ մրցավազքը Փաշինյանի և նախագահների միջև է, ապա Փաշինյանը միշտ հաղթելու է դա», - հայտարարել էր նախկին օմբուդսմենը:

Ցույց տալու համար, թե նախկինները որքան խոցելի են, և թե ինչպես է դրանից օգտվում Փաշինյանը, Արման Թաթոյանը պատմել էր, որ երբ իր հիմնադրամի համար տարածք էր փնտրում, պարզվում էր, որ թանկարժեք տարբեր շենքեր պատկանում են նախկին նախարարների, նախկին պատգամավորների և պաշտոնյաների:

«Շատ ներողություն, իմ մոտ հարց է առաջանում՝ էս մի փոքր երկրից էսքան տարի դուք էս ի՞նչ եք էսքան եք տարել, որ ամեն մի ձեր նախարար ու պատգամավոր մեկ միլիոն դոլար ու ավել շենքերը գրկած նստել եք ու հետո էլ ուզում եք հիմա ապահովել, Փաշինյանը որ չօգտվի այդ ձեր սխալ, այդ հարցերի՞ց», - ընդգծել էր նախկին օմբուդսմենը, ով, ի դեպ, մի շարք բարձր պաշտոններ է զբաղեցրել նույն այդ նախկինների օրոք՝ դատախազությունից մինչև արդարադատության նախարարություն, եղել փոխնախարար։ Ու կարծես, այդ տարիներին երբևէ աչքի չի ընկել գործող պաշտոնյաների հասցեին քննադատությամբ։

Միգուցե, տեղյակ չի եղել, բայց դա հեչ լավ չի խոսում նրա մասին։ Ավելին, շուրջ վեց տարի ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած անձը վիճահարույց արտահայտություն է արել։ «Ես լինեմ երկրի վարչապետ, մի պաշտոնյա քաղաքացու նկատմամբ իրեն լավ չպահի, վիզը կպոկեմ այդ պաշտոնյայի»,- ասել է նա։ Ինքը՝ Թաթոյանն իր արած արտահայտությունը փորձել է արդարացնել՝ հիշեցնելով օրվա իշխանությունների, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի բառապաշարը։

Բայց այս հանգամանքն էլ խիստ վիճահարույց է։ Նա գալիս է քաղաքական նոր որակ բերելո՞ւ, թե՞ Փաշինյանի հետ մրցելու հայհոյախոսության ու սպառնալիքներ տալու ասպարեզում։ Զավեշտալին, իհարկե, Թաթոյանի զինակից դարձած, մեկ այլ նախկին պաշտոնյայի «պարզաբանումն» է։ «Երեկվանից չդադարող աղմուկը վկայում է նրա մասին, որ Արման Թաթոյանը դուրս է եկել «անվնաս քննադատողների» շրջանակից և դարձել է իրական քաղաքական դերակատար»,- ասել է ՊԵԿ նախկին նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանը։ Այստեղ նույնիսկ խոսքերն են ավելորդ, միայն անզուսպ քրքիջ ու քմծիծաղ։
