Հայաստանը պետք է ոչ թե հեռանա ՀԱՊԿ-ից, այլ պետք է իր գործունեությունը ընդլայնի և ամրապնդի ՀԱՊԿ-ում. Մհեր Ավետիսյան

Մհեր Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսօր Բիշքեկում տեղի է ունենում ՀԱՊԿ-ի ղեկավարների հավաքը, որին Հայաստանը չի մասնակցում։ Սա շատ մտահոգիչ է, որ Հայաստանը շարունակում է չմասնակցել ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովներին և շարունակում է հեռանալ ՀԱՊԿ-ից։ Հակառակը՝ Հայաստանը պետք է ոչ թե հեռանա ՀԱՊԿ-ից, այլ պետք է իր գործունեությունը ընդլայնի և ամրապնդի ՀԱՊԿ-ում։ Ավելին՝ պետք է, կրկնում եմ, քաղաքական պահանջ ձևակերպի, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը ևս դառնա ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ։

Ադրբեջանի ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ դառնալը կբերի տարածաշրջանում երկարատև և կայուն խաղաղության, և իրականում Հայաստանի անվտանգության և տարածաշրջանի խաղաղության խնդիրը լուծելու ամենակարճ և ամենահստակ բանաձևերից մեկը Ադրբեջանի ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ դառնալն է և Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի նույն անվտանգային, տնտեսական համագործակցության ֆորմատում ընդգրկվելը։
 
Մնացած խոսակցությունները արկածախնդրություն են, և ցավոք սրտի ժամանակը ցույց կտա, որ այն ճանապարհը, որով գնում է Հայաստանը դեպի Արևմուտք, ոչ միայն չի լուծելու Հայաստանի անվտանգության խնդիրը, այլ առհասարակ լրջագույն անվտանգային խնդիրներ է ստեղծելու մեր տարածաշրջանում։
