«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին օրերին ՔՊ կարկառուններից ու կից «սատելիտներից» մի քանիսը քարոզչադաշտում նոր թեզ են գեներացնում, թե՝ բա, ազգային բարերարն իր պետության դեմ հայց կներկայացնի՞ միջազգային որևէ դատարան: Հասկանում եք՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանին նկատի ունեն:

Չէ, լո՞ւրջ: Ուրեմն, ՔՊ-ն ու յուր առաջնորդը երկիրն աղետի մատնեն, պետությունը լրջագույն սպառնալիքների տակ դնեն, պետության ու տնտեսության, կառավարման համակարգի ու բանակի հետ ինչ ուզեն՝ անեն, հազարավոր լուսավոր տղաների մահվան մատնեն, Արցախը թշնամուն հանձնեն և ուրանան, բայց իրենք համարվեն հայրենասեր, ուրիշներին էլ անուն դնե՞ն:

Բայց դա էլ ամենը չէ: Ստացվում է, որ իրենք կարող են մարդու սեփականությունը խլել, բայց մարդն իրավունք չունենա՞ դիմել միջազգային արբիտրաժ կամ դատարան:

Դե, բոլորին ունեզրկեք, բոլորին բանտարկեք ու հայտարարեք. «Եթե հայրենասեր եք, մի դիմեք միջազգային դատարաններ, ատյաններ»: Ու, առհասարակ, ի՞նչ կապ ունի այստեղ հայրենասիրության հարցը, ազգային բարերար լինելը: Մարդու սահմանադրական իրավունքները տրորտակել եք և ուզում եք՝ նա լռի՞:

Ի դեպ, այս մասին խոսել էր նաև ՀԷՑ-ի նախկին տնօրեն Դավիթ Ղազինյանը: «Մենք, նաև Սամվել Կարապետյանը, չենք նույնականացնում իշխանությանը պետության հետ, այսինքն՝ մեզ համար իշխանությունը մի փոքրիկ խմբակ է, որը շատ արագ պետք է հեռանա։ Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է արբիտրաժին, ապա մենք դիմել ենք այս պահին գործող իշխանության դեմ»,-ասել էր նա:
