Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը ցույց է տալիս իր հակամարդկային դեմքը

«Սրբազան պայքարի» գործով միակ կին մեղադրյալ Լիդյա Մանթաշյանի վերաբերյալ կայացրած որոշումով դատարանը ևս մեկ անգամ փաստեց իր հրահանգավորված և կամակատար լինելու մասին՝ ևս մեկ մեխ խփելով առկա արդարադատության դագաղին: Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանն է այդ մասին նշել՝ բանտից հղած իր ուղերձում։

Հիշեցնենք, Երևանի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը որոշել է 3–ամսյա կալանքի տակ թողնել «Սրբազան պայքարի» գործով անցնող Լիդյա Մանթաշյանին։ «Ինչ էլ որ անեք, ինչպես էլ վարվեք միևնույնն է՝ այս պայքարը անվարան շարունակվելու է մինչև մեր երկրի կատարյալ ազատագրումը: Իսկ Լիդյան իր բարձր նկարագրով կա և մնալու է այս ազատագրական պայքարի շղթայված և հաղթանակող խորհրդանիշը»,–նշել է Բագրատ սրբազանը։

Դատարանը, նշենք, «Սրբազան պայքարի» մի քանի այլ ներկայացուցիչների կալանքը փոխել էր խափանման այլ միջոցներով, բայց կտրականապես հրաժարվել էր փոխել երիտասարդ կնոջ կալանքը։ Ըստ էության, փաշինյանական «արդարադատությունն» այսկերպ ապացուցում է, որ զուրկ է մարդկային դեմքից, թեպետ այդ փաստը վաղուց հայտնի էր։

Արդեն ձևավորված ավանդույթ է, որ Արևմուտքի փողերով սնվող իրավապաշտպաններն ու կառույցները, որոնք նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք վայնասուն էին բարձրացնում ցանկացած մանր դեպքով, որևէ արձագանք չեն արել Լիդյա Մանթաշյանի գործով, հատուկենտ արձագանքներն էլ չեղածի հաշիվ էին, ընդամենն արվել էին, որ «սորոսականները» հետո սոցցանցերում մատնանշեին, երբ իրենցից պատասխան պահանջեն մարդու իրավունքներն ընտրողաբար պաշտպանելու համար։ Հենց այս դեպքերի համար էլ հարկավոր է օր առաջ Հայաստանն ազատել փաշինյանական իշխանությունից ու նրա վարձկաններից, պետությանը վերադարձնել իր մարդկային դեմքը։
