Մինչ ընտրությունները Փաշինյանի համար ռիսկերը լրջորեն ավելանալու են

Կուսակցության վարչության վերջին ընտրություններից հետո «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» ամբողջությամբ վերածվել է տոտալիտար աղանդի։ Հիշեցնենք, նոր կարգով «Քաղպայմանագրի» վարչության անդամ են դարձել 20 կուսակցականներ, որոնցից 5-ը կանայք են։ Ըստ էության՝ Փաշինյանին հաջողվեց անել այն, ինչ ցանկանում էր՝ վարչությունը դարձնել լիովին անատամ, բացառապես իր կամքը կատարող և իրեն չհակաճառող անձանց մի բազմություն, որոնց վրա էլ անհրաժեշտ պահին հնարավոր կլինի բարդել տարբեր խնդիրների պատասխանատվությունը։

Այդ վարչությունն էլ հենց կազմելու է խորհրդարանական առաջիկա ընտրություններին «Քաղպայմանագրի» ընտրացուցակը, և, բնականաբար, հիմնական անցողիկ համարներում հայտնվելու են վարչության անդամները, գործադիրի որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ։ Շատ պատգամավորներ, որոնք հասկանում են, որ չեն կարողանա լինել հաջորդ խորհրդարանում, ըստ էության ցանկություն չունեն առաջադրվելու ՔՊ նախընտրական ցուցակով, ուստի առաջադրումների գործընթացը բավական դանդաղ է ընթանում։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ նույնիսկ շատ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ, որոնց Փաշինյանը անձամբ է ասել՝ վճարել անհրաժեշտ տուրքը և առաջադրել իրենց թեկնածությունը, առայժմ սպասման մեջ են և առնվազն մինչև դեկտեմբերի կեսը դեռևս կսպասեն՝ տեսնելու, թե ովքեր են առաջադրվում և ինչ հեռանկարներ կան իրենց համար։

Բնականաբար, այս պայմաններում իշխող կուսակցությունից կենտրոնախույզ ձգտումները շատանալու են, շատերն էլ փորձելու են ընդդիմության հետ համաձայնության գալ հնարավոր իմպիչմենտի դեպքում Փաշինյանի թիմից «թռչելու» և իրենց արածների համար պատասխանատվություն չկրելու համար։ Ուստի մինչև հունիս կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները Փաշինյանի համար ռիսկերը լրջորեն ավելանալու են։ Բնականաբար, նա ինքն էլ հասկանում է այդ ամենը և այս ողջ ընթացքում զբաղված է եղել սեփական կուսակիցների դեմ լուրջ կոմպրոմատներ հավաքելով և դրանցով նրանց ահաբեկելով։
